I loved my experience with Stephanie. I had initially scheduled for a Brazilian wax and ended up getting my eyebrows done too. She really did a great job especially with my eyebrows. It’s difficult finding someone who will do my eyebrows the way I want them and she nailed it. Overall, I highly recommend Stephanie. Her work is beautiful and amazing.

I have been debating on writing this review, but I am still bothered by my last service that was a few days ago, so I feel like it must be said. My first 2 services with her were great, but I was not happy with my most recent service. I purchased the Brazilian wax bundle (3 waxes) and I pushed my 2nd wax back a couple of weeks because my cycle was late. When I finally made it in for my 2nd wax (post-cycle) Stephanie made me aware that her website says I need to get a wax every 4 weeks for the bundle, but no later than 5 weeks. I told her my cycle was very unpredictable, but that I would feel more comfortable booking after my cycle. However she stated that her terms were listed somewhere online, and it was a firm rule. So she booked me for 5 weeks out and said I could move it up, but not back. Well with just my luck, I started my cycle the day before my wax, and I was unable to push it back any more. I went in to my appointment with a tampon anyway and told her how uncomfortable I was but she just said “we’ll just do this quickly.” I felt no empathy from her, and I was extremely uncomfortable with her tugging on the string. Of the 7 years I’ve been getting waxed, I’ve never felt so uncomfortable, and never been told I had to show up even if I was on my cycle. If I purchased the bundle, I wouldn’t think a few days of waiting would be much of a difference. I will never return because of this experience.

Stephanie is absolutely the best! It was my first time getting waxed and I was really nervous. As soon as I walked in, she made me feel so comfortable. I've had some medical issues due to cancer and I'm super self conscious about my body but Stephanie reassured me that everything would be fine. We talked as if we had known each other for years. Before I knew it, everything was done. I've already booked my next visit with her. I would definitely recommend her to anyone that is looking to be waxed. You won't regret going to her. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much Stephanie! 🤗

She is friendly and super nice. I was a little nervous at first since it was my 1st time getting a Brazilian done and she made me feel very comfortable . I also got a facial done and was very relaxing and my face felt so smooth. I will definitely be returning. Thank you again!

Stephanie made me feel so comfortable for my first Brazilian wax! I am not kidding when I say I put off getting one for so many years. I was always so scared. But when I went to Stephanie the first time for a facial (which was fabulous too) I knew I felt comfortable to go ahead and try the wax with her. Her place is clean, prices are fair and space is super cute! 100% recommend!!

Stephanie was very welcoming! She is very pleasant and makes you feel comfortable. I’ve used the same esthetician for about 4 years and was worried but she made me feel super comfy. She was very easy to talk with and let me know when she was pulling so I can prepare. She takes her time and also doesn’t make you feel as if she’s being rushed. I’m super sensitive and I did not get a reaction to anything that was used.
