A great place for an 1 hr of self care. Facial packages are well priced and they use Eminence products. I always look for Teresa as she is patient and very knowledgeable. Thank you ladies!

The is thee absolutely best facial and massage spa to go in Chinatown the staff kind and amazing, their products are organic and works! So well! Susie is a professional. She’s a waxing expert. The whole staff is amazing. I would never go anywhere else. I’ve been going to this spa for 10 years now. If you have sensitive skin and course hair like me this is the best place to trust!

Feels overpriced for the service. Massage is good but esthetician was unable to answer skincare questions which was the focus of the visit. Staff tries to upsell other products

Amazing place for waxing and facials. I've been coming here for almost a decade and have followed them around even as they've shifted locations. They have great packages I take advantage of since I always come for facials anyway. Highly recommend!

Suzy is a rockstar! I initially heard about Go Green on Groupon and it’s been my go to spa ever since. The salon is clean and the service is excellent. This is my go to wax place in Manhattan.

I first started coming here last year for Brazilian wax, and they were good (great service, not too much chitchat, not rushing through). Agree with other reviewers -- they like to upsell you on their package deals and facial products. When I returned, they upsold me on their facial package: this makes the facials cheaper than other places in Manhattan. The organic skincare products are quality (but $$).

I found this place through Groupon and bought a package so in total I have done 4 facials here. They’ve been overall decent and they use a good organic brand but rough on my skin when doing extractions.

I had a 60-min Rejuvenation facial with Sylvia yesterday. I highly recommend her. She also did extractions for an extra $30 (on top of the Groupon amount I'd already paid), and my skin looks amazing, and the way she massaged my face, head, and shoulders felt so nice! The design of the spa feels like an apothecary, which I love. Groupon has some good deals for this spa so keep your eyes open =) One thing to note is that you have to enter through the street entrance at 80 Bowery instead of 82 Bowery. (You'll see a little sign at the 82 Bowery entrance that says that.)

I loved my facial and they use good products, but the staff does always tries to upsale. I would go back due to the quality of service, just keep in mind that you will be offered many upgrades throughout the process.

I only trust Theresa with my facials! She always makes me feel so relaxed and extractions are less painful when she does them. Appreciate that she listens to me and if I tell her an area is bothering me, she will spend an extra minute massaging that area without me having to ask! She is very observant and can tell when I am having a tough day and don’t want to talk, which I really appreciate as some days I just want to be left alone.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I bought a Groupon for a facial. When I went to get it done they recommend a different service. I never agreed to get it done and when I notice they were doing it anyway. I told them that I never agreed for it but they continued anyway. I was charged for the Groupon and additional $190 for a service i did not agree to getting. Really bad customer service. Not fair that they did a service without me agreeing to it.

At first, this place rescheduled my appointment to another time via text at 12:20am the night before the appointment. When i arrived i was a little terrified by how old and dirty the lamp and the steam machine looked in the room. My cosmetologist would take the eye mask off me to show me what she got from my skin and tell me how horrible it is through the whole process which was insanely annoying. About 40 minutes after we started, she told me that it is only an hour facial and she has to stop working on my face because there is another client coming. I left this place with almost nothing done and just wasted my money. I do not recommend it!!

Do not book! Booked on class pass and when I showed up they said they had never confirmed with classpass that they were available. Class Pass charged me as a no show and I never got a facial. Avoid at all costs!
