I wanted something Christmas and had a couple pictures. Mai(May) looked at the pictures and decided to give it a try. My goodness it was more than a try, she did a fantastic job and the detail is amazing. The snowmen are even opposite from each other. Highly recommend!

I have come in for pedicures and fills several times in hopes it would be better. Last week I needed 2 nails fixed and a pedicure. I left after my nails getting fixed one was cracked, the other needed a new tip. The owner charged me $15 dollars which I think is very high. After once again experiencing the sour attitude from the female owner I decided I would not get a pedicure. I hope she reads this. You are not a nice person. Everytime I come in you act bothered and irritated. You do not smile or say hello and you charge twice as everyone else does for nail services. My nails do not even match. I will not be back.

Have been going there 1 year now to get my nails done. A very clean salon. Management very nice and have never seen them NOT sanitize after a customer is finished (as written reviews from other customers) They always treat me special and accommodate me.

Very rude staff, was angry I wanted longer nails so they rushed it through and did a crappy job. They also charged $130 just for the set! Not to mention made an appointment but still had to wait almost an hour to get started. They also don’t clean up in between clients (GROSS). They even held my hands up to show to other staff members and was laughing at my nails while speaking clearly another language. Very unprofessional staff members that can’t do their job right. It should NOT take 3 hours and 2 staff members to do a basic French nail set. Especially when the other person was just giving a pedicure to a stranger then straight to work on my hands without washing up their hands first. Disgusting.

If I could I would give a -5. I got a really bad infection in my great toe and had to go to a podiatrist and have part of my nail removed to remove hematoma and infection removed. Would NEVER recommend this business to my friends or worst enemy!!

After calling to see if we could come in this morning they said they would have an appointment for 2 pedicures at 11:30. We showed up on time and waited a whole hour to even get started. The man that did my nails was acting annoyed and rolling his eyes at me constantly. He would act so annoyed and rude when my foot wasn’t positioned exactly how he wanted. I felt very uncomfortable and just wanted it to end because he was very openly acting irritated. Once my pedicure ended I was still sitting the chair while my MIL was just finishing up her toes and he comes over in the same aggravated annoyed way telling me to pick up my stuff and move. I was not treated kindly or with respect as a paying customer: I will never go here again.

I brought my daughter in law today and she had an amazing pressure point massage that lasted longer than my whole pedicure...ridiculous! And my pedicure was $10 more for the gel....Ridiculous!!

I was charged $32 for removing my old nail polish, was given a “manicure” when I didn’t ask for it. Was left with hangnails. Customer service was alright. Prices were insane. Didn’t even clean under my nails, or file them evenly. I will NOT be returning. Be prepared to be charged a “ convenience fee” if you use a card.

They do a great job on manicures pedicures and waxing, fair prices. Same as Seattle area. My only issue in 6 years is wait times can be long.

Today was my first experience at Gold Canyon Nails! First impression… Impeccable!Clean, friendly and skilled staff! I had a pedicure and manicure and not only was the pricing in line with the current standard, but the work and the customer service was nothing more than fabulous! I will definitely be a returning customer!
