I’ve been here last year and the service was good. Me and my girl went there today and although the massage itself was good, the main person working there did make inappropriate comments and kept trying to make conversation when we just wanted a relaxing massage. Then at the end, she kept trying to force me to leave a tip. Won’t be coming back there again.

Was forced to pay for the service upfront (which I did) and pressured to give a tip before the massage started (which I refused). The massage therapist made me feel extremely uncomfortable complimenting parts of my body during the massage. The massage was uneven and not worth the price. Felt violated. Will NOT be going back.

I love the medical spa approach that all professional Massage Therapists incorporated when I was involved in my car accidents. Thank you all very much and keep up the wonderful drug/medication free health approach. Functional Medicine is the way to go!

I tried to make an appointment but the person who picked up kept on acting like she didn't know what i was saying. She kept on saying "what" and was being rude. Eventually this women named Mandy picked up the phone and told me they were busy even though the previous girl said they weren't busy. SO DISRESPECTFUL AND RUDE!

Ivy is an amazing masseuse. I went in today for a 1 hour Swedish massage and it was everything I needed it to be. Ivy was very thorough and worked out the knots in each area of my body (avoiding my head and neck - likely because of the pandemic). I carry a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back so I appreciated that she took her time in those areas. I have a big job interview tomorrow and I’m happy to feel ready and relaxed.

The massage was pretty good. The reason I’m taking away two stars is because she was pretty unprofessional. She required me to pay upfront and forced me to tip too. Again, this was BEFORE the service. I told her I prefer to tip after so I can tip adequately but she kept pushing and pushing so I just gave in. Wish I hadn’t. It was a good massage but not worth the full price let alone the tip she forced me to give. She also left a few times DURING my massage to go up front to do whatever. It was all just very odd. I won’t be going back.

Manager Mendy is amazing. I am a software engineer and I have a hand problem for a long time. But After one hour deep massage, I feel I get a new hand.
