Update 2.1: Ivy is the shit! I love this place - efficient and beautiful work!! Ivy did the most AMAZING work on my nails - efficient, talented and lovely salon. Super nice - paying with cash/venmo/zelle is less expensive than CC. Making my next appointment right after this post :)

Love that you can schedule online! I went over my lunch break and was in and out in 30 min for a gel mani. 2.5 weeks later my nails still look amazing! Will definitely be back.

I’ve been going to Ivy and Maggie for more than two years now, and they kill it every time. They have such an eye for detail— show them any picture and they can recreate it perfectly. Get yourself an SNS manicure— my nails last four weeks without chipping every time… even if I’ve gone bowling!!

I’ve been going here for dip manicures for 3 years and could not rate it higher. Ivy, the owner, is incredibly sweet and always fits me in. Maggie is the best nail tech I’ve ever had. She’s excellent at keeping my nails strong (they have never broken in 3 years) and is great at design. I have recommended this spot to everyone I know and now frequently I see my friends, family and colleagues every time I go in. If you want an excellent dip manicure this is the spot. One last note, Ivy is also fantastic at eyelash extensions and did mine for my wedding ♥️

Best nail salon in Chelsea! Super clean and spacious. The staff is very nice and friendly and highly skilled. My nails and toes look gorgeous every time. They also give the BEST neck and back massages. Highly recommend!!

I called the salon on a whim and was able to walk in 5 minutes later for an immediate appointment. This was my first time at Golden Glow Spa and I had a great experience. They were well staffed, efficient, and kind. After I chose a color, they were ready to go. Maggie did a wonderful job with extensions and sns powder. I showed a quick photo of what I wanted and Maggie matched the color, length, and shape perfectly. Maggie checked in with me throughout the service multiple times to make sure they were to my liking. Definitely recommend. Pricing was fair.

I highly recommend this place, they are attentive to your needs and will do the design as best to their abilities and it always comes out amazing. So glad I found a place in the city that is reasonable in price but also above and beyond in quality. Maggie and ivy are the best.

My favorite nail spot I’ve found in the city! My manicures always look exactly how I want and last so long. Maggie and Ivy are especially great. They’re always really delicate with the SNS powder removal which is so appreciated!

Amazing nail salon all around! I have been going there for years. The owner is very nice and all the nail techs who work there are highly skilled and really take their time to make sure you leave the salon satisfied. The ambiance is very pretty and the salon is pristine, super clean, and the location is central in Chelsea. I love getting SNS, Gel, or a regular mani and pedi combo. I highly recommend Golden Glow Spa without any hesitation. 5 stars!

I had an appointment at 12:30 and my manicure didn’t start until 1:10pm. It seems their “appointment” system is not real, expect to wait even if you booked time. Other customers who walked in with appointments were also told to wait and sat for 20+min (one of them even left). Manicure quality was good, staff needs to communicate waiting times better. I will not be returning.

My favorite nail place I’ve ever been to! Ivy and Maggie are the best. The online reservation system makes it easy to make an appointment. I have been going to this salon for 3 years and I have never had a bad experience. They work quickly and also have such an eye for detail. I’ve had gel manicures last for over a month. I live in California now but I always come back to nyc and wait to get my nails done here. I haven’t found a place as good on the west coast!
