Today I had an amazing experience at Golden Hour Aesthetics. My Executive Facial with Jahnai was absolutely wonderful. First she reconfirmed my skin concerns. She was very patient and thorough. She spoke to me throughout the entire process allowing me to be comfortable and open up. If there were to be any discomfort she made sure to warn me and had options for relief. This being my first experience it felt like I have been seeing Jahnai for facials for years lol. Working in hospitality and dealing with people all day it’s nice to be on the other side of amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back and recommending who I can. Thank you again!

I just had my second facial with Jahnai and I’m more than pleased with the results! She helped me pick products that work for my skin type. Struggling with acne and hyperpigmentation has been a task but I’ve been seeing results after following her recommendations. She listens and helps you find a routine that will work just for you. Highly recommended!! I was relaxed and comfortable during both of my visits. I can’t wait for my next facial.

This was my second time visiting Golden Hour Aesthetics and both times were amazing. Jahnai is extremely professional, she actually cares about her clients and the integrity of their skin. My experience was peaceful, calming, and relaxing. The level of professionalism and cleanliness at the golden hour was amazing. Jahnai takes the time to ask if you have any questions/concerns and then she actually answers your questions/concerns without you feeling like she is rushing you along. She is genuine and very welcoming. Jahnai is about her business being top notch!

Hands down the best facials and waxes ever. You literally will see the results immediately your face looks clear and lifted from the rigorous hand massage technique. If you want a quality facial And more i highly suggest you go to Golden Hour aesthetic + spa. Great experience everytime.

I cannot express enough how amazing my experience with Jahnai has been. She listens and knows exactly what my skin needed to heal. I get acne facials here and it has helped a lot with reducing acne and hyperpigmentation ! She is also the kindest person ever I look forward to my appointments.

I received the Golden Girl Facial from this spa and got the highest standards of service. From the moment I walked into this beautiful space, I felt welcomed and appreciated. The facial catered to my skin care needs as well as relaxed my body. (My face was glowing afterwards). The owner was very professional and has a great personality. I highly recommend this company for all of your wellness and skin care needs! I see there is also a running special on Sundays for “Wax” services, definitely try it out!

Jahnai's customer service was warm welcoming and super helpful. I admit I was nervous due this being my first facial, but staff made you feel very special from the moment you entered and throughout the visit. I recommend the acne facial my skin looks and feel amazing, I will be back! Also, I recommend purchasing the body shimmer, lays perfectly on the skin and will have you glistening like the sun! Awesome establishment overall :)
