If I could rate a -5, I would. I walked in and the lady that came up front told me they do not do chair massages. At first, she told me they have chair massages down the street for $1. I told her I needed a massage for between my shoulder blades and wanted a chair where i can sit with my face down to get a massage, not a full body massage. She told me they do not do that as they have to have a license to do...huh? There is a picture of a person on their website getting a massage as I had just described. And I googled chilair massages before I arrived and this came up! I should add that I am Black and happened to be dressed a bit down this morning after getting up and racing off early to get an adjustment after suffering with upper back pain all week. I should also add that I live in a 2 person household that earns well over 100k per year with disposable income after taxes and monthly expenditures. To say I was insulted when advised of a $1 chair massage down the street is an understatement. Their loss! I will just go back to my regular place where I am always welcomed and they always greet me by name and hugs! Your loss for being racist and judgemental!

Nice ladies, but quick to cut 30 min visit into 15 min, gave $100 bill and i was rushed out the door and told that the other $50 was for a tip ... smiles and kind words but shady practices... never again!!!

Came here after a long drive home, rejuvenated and felt so good! I think I fell asleep during massage, pressure was good exactly what I requested for, and the price is reasonable, I think I can come here every week, definitely recommended!

I am a traveler, agent, long time driving! Tired and my back hurts! Went in this place, Golden palace massage, the girl, name angel,has a very nice smile and nice attitude! give me a good massage! I feel refreshed after the massage! For sure I will be back next time!

I landed from airport and seen it “promoted 24hrs” service and upon arrival they denied me hr long massage and said 30 minutes or leave. Extremely rude.

Incredibly kind and skilled women work here. I paid for hot rocks, hot oil, and an hour. $90 invested, and I nearly passed out. A very good end to the day!

Terrible rushed service and the girl with the messed up teeth kept burping. Horrible, disgusting place next client used the same room as me, no change of sheets or towels.

This place is amazing! Inexpensive, but you walk away feeling like you spent thousands of dollars on this top notch, amazing customer service and massage!! After all the walking you're doing in Vegas, this place is the reset button to rejuvenate yourself!

They remodeled everything is fresh clean and smells new. The linen was classy the lighting was bright and the staff was very friendly and explained the different types of massage available 👍.I will continue doing business with these wonderful people 😀

I am from the area and was looking for a good massage place. This place is clean. The room is spacious and comfortable. Excellent staff. The masseuse was a very skilled therapist and I felt quiet and rejuvenated after the session. Relax and have a nice atmosphere. love this place.

Just what I needed to cure sore muscles from a week of work and exercise. This place is amazing, from the friendly smile and welcoming personality at the front desk, to the great massage technique from Eva, to the excellent price! My brother and I went here. Got a table shower and massage. We asked for 60 min and was told not enough time only 30 min each. We said ok and got a total of 15 min each. When I said we haven’t used up 30 min she said nope you are done. She said she checked and it was 30 min. Either way. I was just not happy with it over all.
