Well I figured I would comment on the nail salon, I have been going here for a while, I usually get a gel mani/pedi, well today I wanted to try this powder dip manicure and got a gel pedi, the pedicure was better than most times, the manicure however, well the lady was nice and the powder dip was nice but what happened to the manicure, nothing happened in the basic manicure package, idk my nails looked good yesterday but today they don’t look so good, it looks like I had a manicure weeks ago. Please see pic below. Now I had 4 stars above and just took one away. And the 2 people working on you at the same time, I wish I had the girl that did my pedicure so both. I will be trying another salon similar to this one next time and will update on not only the service but the prices as well of this place and if it is really worth it. Stay tuned.

This is a really nice salon. My daughter and I have been going for a couple months. However this week I had a horrible experience. I went on 3/16 to get a fill and nail tech Be convinced me to get green gel polish after I asked for white tips since St.Patrick’s day was coming up. Soon as I got home my gel polish started chipping and peeling off. I immediately texted her and sent photos to show how bad it looked and asked to come in to have it fixed. She said she was no longer at the shop. So I texted her 3/18 and she left me on read. I went to salon and she ignored me and I had another tech fix it, and she did a great job. However I had to pay an additional $25 for the service. I am very disappointed as I just spend $55 less than 48 hrs ago. I suggest if you go to this salon you do not let Be service you.

1st Time offender here, this place is really big compared to the other salons I've been too. The Nail technician who was assigned to me named Emma, She did an adequate job on my nail fill .. I was pleased with her work. This place has constant people coming in for nail services & pedicures!

Edit with a new experience. We decided to try this place again (see previous review below) and deeply regret giving them a single additional dime. We went with our daughter a few weeks ago. Pedicures, nails, etc. The pedicures were better than the previous visit and we were happy with them. We paid by card $260 and tipped in cash per their request. Fast forward to today 1/7/2024. Our daughter goes in for nails and as she is checking out, they acuse her of not paying for her pedicure last visit. They did not say anything before providing service. They waited to the end and Then charge her another $75 on top of her fee for the nails today. My wife and I went to the shop to show them our bank record from paying the $260 and they tell us no, you tipped $60 and didn't pay for one manicure. Over the last few years we have been in this shop more than a dozen times. The last two visits have ended poorly and we will never be back. Previous experience and review below. We go out for pedicures every month. We always get the Jelly or highest level the stores typically offer. Today, my jelly pedicure that was supposed to be 55 minutes was barely 30 minutes. Rushed the entire time. Guess we will find a new place that values repeat business.

I called them to make an appointment to get my nails done and when I arrive they say that they don't have availability to take me?? What's the point of making an appointment then?? Also my nails chipped off within two days for a gel manicure. Poor quality products.

I got my nails done at this salon and one day one of them broke and I went to get it done again and it was my birthday party and 4 others broke at the party. I paid $70 and it took four days. I will never go to this salon again.

I have got good pedicures here butI regret the two times I decided to get a manicure. It was unfortunately not very good and clean. Overall experience is okay. They usually have openings so it’s easy to book appointments the same day.

Number two technician is absolutely awesome funny and does Great nails. I went in after my visit at the joint chiropractic and I am so glad I stopped in because I found my new nail tech. If I could give 10 stars to her I would. She has absolutely super fun conversation and does a great job

Please do not go there , I told the lady how much you charge for the regular pedicure she says 35$ and after she done my pedicure she said 50$ , I told the guy and he said we cannot do anything now because she put gel and now you have to pay 50$ , I told him I never ask for it he said we have to remove it you have to pay 10$ more , he was so rude , disgusting people 😡😡😡

The mani and pedi was mediocre at best. What was worse is the treatment I received. I decided to treat myself for a long work week in health care and my birthday with a manicure and pedicure. I figured it would be nice to relax for an hour. Instead i was insulted and left uncomfortable. My nail tech constantly kept making comments about my short nails (I have a never had good nail growth ) and the shape of my feet. She even began commenting on the complexion of my skin. I felt so uncomfortable and was just trying not to break down in tears. It was the most uncomfortable and disappointing nail experience I have ever had in my life. I will absolutely never be going back nor will I recommend their services to anyone else.

Cute and clean shop. However, I am not thrilled about the set i received. The guy who did my fill isn't keen to details and my nails look weird. The french tips arent even. Some nails are thicker than others. The polish on the french tip nails don't match the shades of the others (he did not use the same amount of coats). This was my 1st time here. Not sure if i want to try them again. If i do, i will go with a different tech.

I got the Golden Deluxe Pedicure by Henry. It was one of the best pedicure massages I've ever had--strong and thorough (not rushed through like some places). The exfoliation and cooling treatments felt great too. My gel pedicure looks amazing and Henry even helped reconstruct with acrylic one of my big toenails which had gotten jammed a few weeks ago and was falling off. I normally don't feel this impressed and pampered after a pedi. Thanks so much Henry!

I’ve been here a handful of times and they do basic Gel mani pedis pretty well. If that’s all you want go ahead and try this place out. If you want acrylics please go somewhere else. Bottom line: You’ll walk out bleeding and with a mess on your hands. Details for those who want them: The tech could hardly understand and speak English so I showed photos of what I wanted. A Halloween ombré. He then asked which nails I wanted red and which I wanted black. So I explained both colors on all hands and showed him how in the picture it went front red to black to orange. He said only two colors. Ok so red to black, no big deal. Then as he did my nails I saw some gaps he did no cover with acrylic on the side and asked him to fill it in. He said don’t worry. His solution want to file down more of my nail so now some are crooked. When using the drill it to sand/ polish the top, he hit my skin on the first finger, saw the blood and apologized. Then he did the same thing on the very next finger. Ow!! I left with 4 bleeding and slop paint on more. Oh. And for some reason my actual nails are showing too. So sad. Never going back :(

Poor service. Gel manicure was peeling after a week. They didn't want to fix my nails but do a fill. I protested. They fixed them.

Update: Called yesterday and made an appointment for mani- pedi for myself and husband for today at 10am. We came 5 min early to check in for our appointment. One of the guy nail technicians asked in an almost hostile manner what can they help us with. He made us feel that we weren't supposed to be there. Another employee approached and again I said we were there for our appointment. She acted confused as if I didn't know what I was talking about but eventually asked us to sit and wait for the next available nail technician. Everyone seemed to be busy. But when a patron, whom was obviously a regular came in, she was taken right away to be serviced. At this point, we just decided to leave. I made the mistake of ignoring the negative reviews and hoping that my experience would be different. Never coming back to this establishment and won't recommend.
