I had a photo shoot and my hair/makeup appointment that I booked weeks in advance canceled 10 minutes before the appointment! Thank God that I found Golden Scissors! I was able to get an appointment within 30 minutes and she did a beautiful job! I got so many compliments and I made it JUST IN TIME for the shoot!! Thank you Lourdes! AMAZING!! BTW, there's plenty of parking right near the salon, which is great in Patchogue.

I found this salon last minute when I found myself in desperate need of an extension removal. I was comforted and also handled very gently! She truly helped me in a time of need and was able to provide my scalp comfort and relief. Extremely grateful for her flexibility and service 🩵

i got my hair done somewhere else and golden scissors fixed it up so good for me. i had orange, banding, and terrible layers. they fixed it up and gave me silver highlights and a beautiful cut :) thank you so much golden scissors!!

I went in for a haircut and color and was amazed at how well I was treated and how fast she colored, cut and dried my hair. Amazing job! Very happy with the results.

Went there today as alast min resort, got my hair cut and colored same day I made the called the girls were so polite and fantastic they made me feel so comfortable and welcomed that I felt comfortable telling them of a situation we have been facing and fighting for over 2 years I absolutely love my hair and due to our health reasons and situations it's been years since I had a cut I couldn't feel more blessed and relaxed as I did today ❤️ thank you so much for all you did for me today sometimes a girl just needs a girl day and I was lucky to have experienced it with you guys today highly recommend and will be back again

This was an amazing experience! I recommend this and wonderful customer service, this experience helped with hair growth and healthy hair in general. It’s very important to have a good character when cutting hair and she definitely does!!! Lourdes cut my hair.

I have psoriasis and when the staff saw this they used a sensitive shampoo and conditioner on my hair and made sure to be gentle when washing my hair which I appreciated a lot because another salon I went was really rough with my hair and it was red and irritated after so I was grateful they didn’t do that here and I was so happy with my hair afterwards they even recommended me products to use for my hair that would help with my psoriasis which I really appreciate as well.

The owner did a beautiful job coloring my hair as well as my daughter's back to dark! She also gave my littlest her first haircut. The studio was clean and the atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. Definitely returning!
