The guy in the saloon gave a really bad hair cut, please avoid him! I had hair cut from one of girls last time, she was absolutely great!!!! So the place is good but giving 2 stars for now

Every time I dye my hair or get a haircut Helen does an amazing job. I got an ash brown ombre recently and I love it so much! 10/10 recommend!!

I came in for the first time at the beginning of the year and got a hair color and haircut. One of the stylists who may be named Tammy, was kind and friendly and did a great job on mixing my hair color and applying it. The woman who appears to be the owner gave me a cut and it was one of the most amazing cuts I've ever had. I have extremely thick hair and she recognized that my hair needed a lot of "thinning and texturizing", and she used a razor comb all over my head, taking time and attention to detail to go through layer after layer of my scalp to thin and texturize. Although it seemed like a lot of hair was coming out, it was necessary and my hair felt lighter and less weighed down and hair color was very nice! I thought I have found my new salon! Fast forward to about two weeks ago... I go back on a random Thursday in the day time and Tammy had someone she was tending to so the owner offered to cut my hair again. I didn't hesitate to let her cut it again since she did such an amazing job about 3 months ago! However, she was much quicker this time. I opted not to wash my hair since I washed it this morning and she gave me a dry cut and spent much less time and attention to detail as she did the first time. I was watching her the whole time and she never switched from her hair cutting shears to a razor comb or to texturizing scissors, and I asked her if she thinned my hair before she claimed that she was done, and she claims that she already thinned it out and the haircut was done. She also used the hair straightener to straighten my hair before the cut!? How can you tell what needs to be cut when you straighten it and everything appears straight? The haircut looked good while I was sitting there because she straightened it, but the next day after washing my hair, my hair was extremely wispy ALL OVER! It looked terrible, I couldn't even put a hat on to hide the uneven layers and awful haircut. She straight up lied to me and said that she thinned my hair when I know that's a lie. She used only hair cutting shears and only snipped on the ends all over, and thinks that's thinning. She didn't use any professional techniques to thin out my hair like she did the first time. I had to get my boyfriend's hair stylist to fix my hair and blend it better, but even she couldn't get rid of all of the short wispy parts that she created. I'm never coming back again. Since I didn't spend almost $200 on color this time, she didn't bother giving me a good haircut and it is one of the worst, uneven hair cuts I've ever had (when the last time it was really good). Now I'm using hair vitamins to help my hair grow out faster. She also refused to thin out my sideburns and thinks she knows what's best, avoid this place if you don't want to deal with people who give off negative energy and if you want to avoid inconsistent results. They cut it good the first time so that you can come back, but then the same lady decided not to put in any effort on my second haircut and game me a completely ruined haircut. I won’t be coming back after this.

Never going there again. Such a rip off! She charged me 20 dollars for underarm waxing, which is double any place. They dont have prices put up and just charge you whatever they desire. Avoid at all costs.
