I have been a faithful customer for over two years, bringing friends and family at every opportunity. However, I was treated extremely poorly at my last visit because I gave a 22% tip instead of a 26% tip. The massage therapist slammed down the calculator and stomped off. There's a gorgeous, clean and brand new place on 4th that also has aromatherapy that I'll be taking my business to. Give your people a raise, or increase prices. Treating customers like trash because you don't like the amount of a tip is inexcusable.

The massage was great and worth 4 stars. However the bizarre incident during paying where they demanded a 25% tip and tried to make it seem as if we’re allowed to leave until we tipped more.

This used to be one of my go-to spots but now the wait is long, there is constant talking between the employees during your massage, and the tip demands are inappropriate. I always tip 20% but now they are demanding over 20%, refusing to give me the change to tip what I want. It left a really bad taste in my mouth!

Did a quick 20 minute shoulder, neck and head massage, was able to just walk in and get a massage within minutes. Felt great and wish I was able to do longer.

Even though we called ahead and made appointments for massages, they didn’t actually reserve any masseuses or chairs for us. They told us masseuses are on their way so we waited around for 30 minutes and they didn’t show up (there were no chairs available anyway). Terrible experience.

They finished the massage early and when I gave a 15% tip due to not getting the full hour massage, the man who did the massage demanded a 20% tip and wouldn’t let me leave until I gave him $1 more than my original tip. Tips should be discretionary based on receiving the full service you pay for. I used to be a regular here, will not be going back.

I have pretty messed up feet (collapsing arches) so I've been to a TON of reflexology places and this one is very meh The guy who did my feet just clearly didn't know what he was doing. It was about the same level as a massage u get during a pedicure. If that's ur jam then you will love this place! Light/medium strokes over broad parts of the foot without any real focus. Def relaxing, but I personally need someone who knows where the pressure points are and can feel for tight and tender spots. My guy couldn't tell where to massage even after I told him which part of my foot was hurting lol. Not a waste of money persay but thoroughly disappointing

Very rude people. Massage was okay, but certainly not on the better 50% of massages I've had. Talked with each other and took phone calls during the massage, even left the room for a while - time that definitely did not get added at the end. Refused to give change after we already gave 20% tips, were very insistent that we needed to give more tips ("where are you from??") Will definitely not come back.

Decent massage, wish they focused more on pressure points! THEY DEMAND TIP, which threw me off, let me tip in peace! Can use an update on their furniture, doesn’t feel the cleanest!

Great massages but the staff constantly coughing, sneezing and smelling like they just smoked a pack of Marlboro. Not even the courtesy to cough or sneeze& cover they mouth.

It was ok. The staff was talking and having a loud commotion so it was hard to enjoy the foot massage. There also was a lot of laughing when I called to check about walk-ins. Then someone called me back to ask if I called and hung up. Just felt chaotic for a spa.

Kelly is incredible, I’m actually obsessed. I’m an acupuncturist and yogi, and I swear she gets every pressure point, muscle, and channel. She is also just a lovely human overall. This is my new go-to neighborhood spot, and the prices are amazing.

Massage was kind of random and didn't really have any direction. I've had massages before and they have a flow but this was all over the place. At the end they said minimum 20% tip for a massage I wasn't even happy with! Won't be going back

My husband and I get massages often in LA. We had a quick stop in Brooklyn and found this gem. Holy magic - Tom was absolutely intuitive and helpful. I have lower back/ hip tightness / shoulder and neck tension - he was AMAZING!!! I’m so glad we came here!

What i don't like is the fact that i spend like $400 dollars in less than a week. I wasn't even allowed to sit down and wait on my appointment. As i had nowhere to go. I thought i would've been treated as a valued customer. Also especially all businesses should learn they clients extremely well. And treat them accordingly. For instance if iam respectable. Honorable as well. And iam a 37 year old man. I don't need other masseuse peeping in. And Looking in on me as iam getting my private masage done to me. That's what the curtain is there for. I didn't like how other massage therapist was looking in on me. As i was getting my massage. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Outside of that the massage ladies do a excellent wonderful job. I have no compliants outside of that. The prices are fairly reasonable as well. They treated me fairly nice.
