I was really disappointed with my visit to this place, and it’s all thanks to the rude manager and the uncomfortable tipping situation. Originally, I was ready to give a 5-star review because the place is clean and the front desk staff was friendly, but everything fell apart by the time I was paying. First off, the therapist did a great job with my foot/body combo massage. But when it came time to pay, I was caught off guard. I only had $12 in cash because I had just finished shopping and had run out of money, but I fully planned to add more to the tip when I paid with my card. I handed the therapist the $12 tip, and he immediately counted it in front of me, then told the front desk staff how much I gave. The front desk person then told me that the $12 wasn’t enough and demanded I add more to make it a $20 tip. I was shocked and honestly hurt by this. I understand the tipping culture, but what bothered me was how they counted the tip in front of me and then asked for more. As someone who works in personal care, I would never pressure a client into giving more – especially not like this. It just felt incredibly disrespectful. The way they’re running their business tells me a lot about how they treat and compensate their employees, and for that reason, I won’t be returning. Also, they seemed to make up their own tipping system. If you leave anything less than a certain amount, like a $10 tip on a $40 massage, they categorize it as “Fair,” which is their own made-up rating. It felt really manipulative and uncomfortable. When I tried to leave a fair tip which is around 20%, the woman at the counter followed me outside and insisted that I should give more. It was honestly absurd. If the owner really wants to support their workers, they should pay them a fair wage rather than relying on customers to make up the difference. Tipping should be based on service, not pressure. The massage was decent, but the service and how they handle tips made this place a no-go for me. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The Best Massage Experience in Denver! This review is long overdue, as I’ve been a loyal client of Good Day Massage for over six years. Before discovering this gem, I was a loyal customer of Massage Envy in Cherry Creek for eight years. However, my first visit to Good Day Massage was all it took for me to make the switch – and I’ve never looked back. My journey began with my friend Ally after a fun outing at Hacienda Colorado. We decided to try Good Day Massage on a whim, and from the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like family. The staff greeted us with genuine appreciation, enthusiasm, and warmth. Their kindness immediately put us at ease, and before we knew it, we were in private rooms receiving what I can only describe as the best massage of my life. I’ll never forget the petite therapist who worked wonders – she couldn’t have weighed more than 110 lbs, yet her technique and skill left me feeling completely renewed. The cleanliness of the space, the personalized care, and the thoughtful attention to detail impressed me beyond words. One of my favorite experiences here is their combo massage room. At first, I was a little skeptical because I’d never seen anything like it, but now I absolutely love it. The session starts with a warm foot bath, which is perfect for helping you relax before the massage begins. Then, they literally massage your entire body while you’re seated comfortably in a chair. It’s such a unique and soothing experience! A quick tip: make sure to wear loose-fitting clothes like shorts and tank tops so they can work on you more easily. Over the years, I’ve experienced massages from nearly every therapist there, and each session has been exceptional. They consistently deliver outstanding service, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. Whether it’s a last-minute appointment or my regular weekly visit, they always accommodate me with kindness and professionalism. In fact, I’ve been so impressed that I’ve recommended Good Day Massage to at least 25 friends and family members – and not one has had a negative experience. Everyone I send becomes a fan, and I love hearing how much they enjoy it too! If you’re considering giving Good Day Massage a try, I can’t recommend it enough. Every therapist is fantastic, so you can’t go wrong with whoever you choose. A little tip: bring cash for gratuity if you can – it’s a thoughtful gesture – though they also accept Venmo, credit card, and cash for payments. Thank you to the incredible team at Good Day Massage for making me feel like family and for providing unmatched care for the past six years. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

Am I the only one who paid for 90 minutes and only got 60? The lady asked for $75, which was the cost for 90 minutes. I hand her $80 and she doesn't give me my change and takes the guys $20 tip making it $25 tip total without me wanting to tip that much. I just wanted to tip $20. Then I get in the car and realize I got 2/3 of the experience for what I paid for when I look at the clock. Clean place, dude did a great job I wanted to give him a high five. Can't say I'll be back though. Got there at 12:30, writing this review at 2, when I should actually be getting done.

Originally, I was going to give a rating of 5 stars. This establishment is clean and the person at the front desk was friendly. We scheduled the foot/body combo for 60-minutes, the therapist did a great job, however, I was disappointed when it came time to pay. I only had $10 in cash because it was the last day of my vacation and I had simply run out of cash, I had every intention to add $5 to the tip on my card when I went to pay. However, as soon as I handed the cash tip to my therapist, he immediately counted it, told the front desk person in their own language the amount that I had given. And the front desk person immediately told me that the cash I had given was not enough. She said that I needed to add $10 more to equal $20 tip. I was equally astounded and hurt by this. I understand their tipping culture and their need for this extra money because I am in the personal care service industry, as well. But I would never 1) count gratuity in front of my client, and then 2) proceed to ask for more. So this tells me a lot about how this company treats and compensates their employees. And for that reason, I will not be returning to this business. I am bummed about that because I am returning to Colorado on a monthly basis and was actually excited to have found a good massage establishment so quickly. I wish all of the therapists at this place luck and I hope the tipping culture here changes.

The massage was good but at times it was painful I had to ask the therapist not to go deep. I had a 90 minute full body massage. The pricing on their website says $90 free hot stones. Add $10 for deep tissue. I definitely didn't want deep tissue and had to tell the therapist several times that it was too deep. I was still charged $100 and then I was pressured to leave a $25 tip because $20 wasn't good enough. The lady at the front wouldn't properly explain the pricing and the next day I called and she did the same. So if $10 is worth losing a customer that would come 3 times a month then let it be.

Great for working out the kinks! Deep tissue is legit! If you are looking for relaxation, you should definitely make that clear! Otherwise, the service is great nothing fancy but clean! Would definitely recommend rates a reasonable!

Horrible, pushy, rude managers. Massage was average at best. front desk people are completely out of line. Imagine going to a restaurant where they argue with you about your tip ? No thanks. skip these street walkers and go someplace else.

Massage was 3 out of 10 felt more like hard pushing then massaging. Lots of chatting going on around the spa and in the waiting room the entire time, found it hard to tune out and relax. I was told I low tipped when I gave $20 for a $75 service (That wasn’t that great to begin with) My line of work is also labor intensive and tips are always appreciated never expected. That felt very pushy. Disappointing experience

Massage was good, but they bring you in a room with a bunch of other people so there's not much room to put your stuff down to get it out of the way. I didn't mind though until the end when I paid cash with a 20% tip and they complained about the tip, and push and haggle for what starts at a Fair 27% tip and goes up from there. This business would do much better if they would raise their prices $5 more for each service and let people tip what they think is appropriate and leave it at that. They are losing a lot of customers being so pushy! Don't bother, it's not a good deal like you think!

This place wasn't at all what I expected — several tables are in a common quiet room, soft piano music playing and water falling in the background. My practitioner, called, "Leo," a big, strong young man, had me lay on my back, put my feet in warm water and started working out the tension in my face and scalp. Most massages I've had finish with face and scalp, but this was so much better because I carry enormous tension around my eyes and forehead. He went RIGHT to it. I typically carry my trauma in my upper back, neck and shoulders. This has been a lifelong condition. I like deep tissue in the presumed Mongolian warrior style of Chua Ka, where you apply slow and steady, deepening pressure on activated muscle tissue. Leo was relentless, thank heaven. It was not an easy session, for sure, but I cannot recall the last time I woke up this pain-free. The foot work was also stellar. I hadn't realized sciatica has a correlate with the heel of the foot, but I do now. It was incredible and incredibly effective. Leo was respectful, strong and responsive. When he landed on something that made me groan, he'd stop until I said I was OK. And the price is VERY reasonable. I'll be going back whenever I'm able to when I'm here visiting Denver.
