First time here and Alice gave me a massage said it’s better to take off my necklaces when I left I forgot to grab my necklaces called and came back myself and no one knew anything about them. Yet I was the last customer there and first thing in the morning I went to check and ask again and Alice was off work I wonder why!! So sad of this place to have people working there hope those 2 gold chains make your life happy and could sleep at night that has some sentimental value for me, but remember karma will get back to her and this place so sad.😞 I will never return again

After coming for nearly five years, I can say Good Hands it’s a high-level establishment and they really do a great job as a simple massage parlor. A lot of different options body/feet, flexible times, and they even bust out the hot stones. Very well priced for the high-level service, definitely tip 20% or more.

This is a great place to get a massage! I like how they have a variety of choices to choose from on what massage to get and the prices are reasonable. The masseuses are all very friendly and patient. Highly recommend!

Now listen closely. The women at this establishment are amazing thoughtful caring and are strong and able to provide sufficient pressure. I've been to this place a number of times but after going two weeks I'll never go back. The gentleman who gave me my massage started late, ended early couldn't provide enough pressure, didn't give me a stamp card, and demanded a tip after I expressed how unsatisfactory the 120 min massage I paid for after also bringing in a referral that same day for their business. I called back that night (and got hung up on) and the next day and was unfortunately met with the dismay of my masseuse being the owner of the business. I even called back with my boyfriend to translate everything in Chinese and we asked him if out of every massage he had ever given has he never received complaints and he said every massage he's given has been the best.......-_- All I'll say is if you go don't let the owner touch you because he absolutely is the worst.

I went with my daughter yesterday and got full body massage. Each and every minute of our 70 minute massage was a great experience. Great massage with very reasonable price. Polite and professional staff.

If you’re looking for “happy ending”, look elsewhere. This is a legit massage place to get your fix. Still very cheap & they also have a stamp card. I come here for foot massage & sometimes find myself snoring. It’s relaxing. They have private rooms for back massage. They offer different types of massages.

In heaven! The place is clean and quiet in despite of the street noise of Vermont. Make a appointment because I got into the habit of walking-in but now they are busy. The prices are good!

It’s a no for me. The massage therapist did not have technique at all. I was constantly thinkin the entire time “should I get up and leave …but I’m paying for this I should just let her finish the job.” It was a stressful session. Never coming back nor do I recommend.

Love this place. They know what they’re doing. 3 years later update: the new masseuses are not good. I’ve gone twice this month and both times left with spine pain from masseuses forearms and muscles still tense. The older gentleman that does the foot massages is the only one i’ll see here now. He’s great. Not a good massage center anymore.

Stopped by at 12 pm. on April 7th. Good Friday. I chose 60 minutes of foot massage for $40 from the sitted position at the end of the massage bed, started from neck to shoulder and foot massage good hand pressure on the foot and leg I was asked to face down and massaged back and my leg when massage was done, I felt refreshed and thought she mistakenly gave me body massage So I asked how much is it? I paid $40 and gave $10 for the tip Highly recommended Will stop by when I visit Los Angeles again

The only reason why I came to this specific location was because it was recommended. The hands might be good but their punctuality is not great. Hours of operation are Mon - Sun from 10am - 9:30pm. I've been waiting outside 30 minutes before opening hours and no one has shown up....( the message is really good and I will come back ). For a business this nice Their punctuality sucks.

Literally best massage I've ever gotten in my life, 90 minutes for $75 + $20 tip SO MUCH CHEAPER than anywhere else and hella hella worth it. Will definitely be coming again.

We just came back from Good Hands Massage. Before my mom was so happy after massage, but today massage was very bad for her. We said that to administrator but she said that everybody makes the same and just ask about tips. Wish better service
