I’ve been coming to Good Sister for over a year now and I’m so glad I have! Everything about this place has just a beautiful vibe and I always feel so welcomed and at home. Everyone here puts a lot of care into their work and it shows :) Bernie takes good care of my skin (and me!) and is such a warm & lovely presence. There are always great finds in the retail space and there’s always a fun pop-up every so often. Can’t recommend this place enough! Please show them some love, whether for yourself or gifts for your friends & loved ones!

Cannot recommend this boutique enough for the customer service and sugaring services. Both were above and beyond! Cannot wait to go back and try even more of the amazing products. Go see Bernie for your waxing needs. She is so sweet and knows how to take care of you when you’re getting sugared. Finally indulged and enjoyed a relaxing facial with Jme. She was super knowledgeable and let me know every step to help me understand my skin more. Highly recommend.

Love having our skincare needs met at Good Sister! Panida raves about her brow tint and brow/lip sugaring. She swears Bernie has the magic touch!! We also love the sustainable gifts we’ve purchased from their retail space for our gift bags & raffle prizes. Highly recommended!

Carolyn is a master aesthetician. I e seen her twice now and have never had a better facial. She’s really invested in her clients, following up to make sure you are happy. Highly recommend her.

This is one of my new favorite stores in Seattle! The overall aesthetic is so cute and I love that they carry products/brands you may not easily find elsewhere. I had the BEST facial ever from Bernie, who specializes in hyperpigmentation—one of my biggest concerns when it comes to my skin. I also met the shop owner, Ennjoili, who is so sweet and personable. I am excited to continue using their spa services and be a part of future events.

Bought self care gifts for my folks yesterday and both of them texted first thing this morning to say how much they liked them. Ennjoili has created such a beautiful space with thoughtfully curated products. I met one of her estheticians while I was shopping who was super friendly and knowledgeable. Bernie did such a great job with my sugar maintenance (1.5 weeks prior), my facial, and my brow lami! That brow lami changed my life (lol), I may just need to keep doing this! Ever since i started coming here my baby girl downstairs has been fantastic! Alecz is phenomenal! She takes extra care in ensuring everything she’s suggested i use is working and gives me alternatives to stuff i already have! I have always loved coming into this shop 1. because it is Black Owned and 2. because every interaction with the people that work there are incredible Nancy, Olivia and especially Ennjoili 🫶🏾 such a welcoming space and i always leave happy!

For the past decade, I've gotten sugared by estheticians from Seattle to SF to NYC and Good Sister comes in at #1. It's a monthly treat to patron a business owned by a WOC, as well as my esthetician being one too! The space is beautifully curated, with all kinds of goodies to enjoy. I love this small business so much! The owner has the best energy and fills her shop with local products, I wish I could buy everything. It's the perfect place for buying gifts too! I've also had two amazing facials done here, one by Emilie and Alecz. I can't recommend both of them enough! The ambiance of the space is so relaxing and I come out of my facials feeling like I'm absolutely glowing. After the facials, I really appreciate that they were more than happy to discuss skincare, how to help heal my skin/acne and made sure to give me samples to try out first.

IN LOVE with the shop, the owner and employees. I found so many products that I instantly gushed over. I am so excited about all my purchases today, but my favorite so far is the roll on oil perfume. Hands down the best part though is the people there, absolutely lovely.

The shop is cute and they have lots unique, interesting products. I supported them because it was POC and woman-owned. However, it’s really overpriced. You can find these products online for half of what it’s sold in the store. Additionally, I was getting regular facials from Alecz. She’s not a master esthetician and I didn’t feel she knew how to work with dark skin, so the facial will be very basic for $130 and I no longer felt that it was worth it.

An absolute experience!! Ennjoili was the sweetest and realest. You can feel the love she has for her community and for wanting to provide community and genuine care for others. Every brand and item in her space is thoughtful and meant to bring mindfulness to you rather than random stuff to keep filling your space with. Definitely go after payday bc it's hard not to keep grabbing more and more!! :3 thank you for being so welcoming and creating a beautiful space!!

I always go to Alecz for all my sugaring/hair removal! She makes the experience comfortable by being very communicative, playing the best music, and working with impressive efficiency. It’s the most painless sugaring I’ve ever had done! She’s also very knowledgeable about skincare so I come to her with all my questions. She’s taught me how to care for my sensitive skin and helped me find products to help soothe my skin post sugaring. I highly recommend her services, especially if you get a little nervous about hair removal like I do!

I followed my esthetician Alecz here from another spot and wow! First of all, it was worth following her because she’s THAT good! I see her for sugaring/hair removal and for skin care needs. She’s very inclusive and has a way at making you feel so comfortable and safe when getting sugared- and that’s extremely important when getting brazilians! She’s extremely knowledgeable in your skin as well! I’ve gotten many great, relaxing facials with her and the take home products she recommends never fail! The space is very welcoming, warm, and beautifully decorated! All the products and home goods they sell in their shop are local from BIPOC and LGBTQ+ brands and vendors around Seattle. You can tell the owner truly cares about the community and has put her heart into her shop and team. I’m so happy to make the trip to see Alecz for everything skin related— and anyone reading this and wondering if they should too, should! You will not be disappointed!
