If I could give zero stars I would b/c the final result was not even close to my inspirational picture. I asked the owner if she could do an updo or formal hairstyle for my upcoming wedding and she said yes & I mentioned I had a few greys around my edges that I wanted her to touch up as well. She insisted I color my whole head b/c I also had a few strands of grey throughout my head and although I was hesitant I trusted her judgement. My hair color naturally is a dark blackish brown but she dyed my hair jet black like Morticia from The Adams Family tv show. Afterwards I told her I was upset that I didn’t like the color or hairstyle and that I wanted a refund. She then told me that she was “practicing” on my hair and before I left her salon after she did my hair she mentioned didn’t have a lot of experience doing updos and that there was nothing that she could do for me even though she originally told me that we were practicing to see if I liked the style before the wedding and that it wasn’t her fault that I was a color. Take my advice a don’t let this hairdresser “practice” on your hair to build up her skill set b/c she is inexperienced and uninformed about different hair textures and types. Her reaction and lack of empathy and her racist remarks were both hurtful and inappropriate, and she should not be in business. Great location and easy to find! Cristina was very communicative and responsive when scheduling! She was very kind, pleasant, friendly and extremely welcoming. I felt very comfortable, as if I was speaking with my fiend! Prices are fairly reasonable! Would definitely recommend and will be returning! Cristina was absolutely amazing. I didnt even know exactly what I wanted but I needed a change, I hadnt had a haircut in 5 or so months. Cristina took great care of me, she was on-point with her recommendations for my haircut, not pushy, very professional and friendly. I liked it so much that I already prebooked my next appointment in 4days for a blowdry. I felt so pretty after my hair was done. I’ve already recommended her to my friends and family.

Quede fascinada con el servicio. Tengo mas de 25 anos de secarme el cabello diariamente y se cuando alguien sabe cortar y secarte el cabello profesionalmente. Por varias razones me encanto su servicio: 1) Utiliza productos de calidad 2) Cuando le dije el corte que queria, me encanto que despues de escucharme me sugirio lo que ella recomendaba para que mi corte se viera mas estilizado al momento de peinarlo. 3) Me encanto como me quedo el corte y el cabello super sedoso. 4) El lugar esta muy acogedor. 5) Su trato al cliente es servicial, discreta y muy profesional.
