I hadn’t had my brows done in such a long time and was going to a business closer to my residence. I’m telling y’all it is worth the drive and money! Taylor provided my service today and I couldn’t be happier with my brows! She killed it!!!

A while ago I went in for the first time. As I’m laying there the girl doing my lashes says she is in training. After laying there for 5 hours someone comes to help her finish. When I got in my car half of my lashes on my left eye fell out. They took my money, played with my time, and I didn’t even get what I paid for. I reached out and they offered to fix it for a few. I was willing, but After spending the whole day there I didn’t want to go back. Now that I have had my lashes done elsewhere I know it shouldn’t have taken that long and the loss I had with in 2 days was not normal. I wish I could give 0 stars

Good customer service, beautiful place, with a relaxing atmosphere. My first time doing my eyebrows with waxes, I loved it!! The young woman who does the eyebrows has a divine hand to do her job (I didn't feel pain). I recommend it.

I have been with G since 2017 for sure but possibly started in 2016. I have had lashes, waxing and facials by her. Read this next sentence however many times you need to because it’s heavy! She has NEVER disappointed! She has always been as flexible as possible with my then and now tight schedule. She always welcomes me with a smile and/or silly face. I’m always open to either! I would 100% consider G a friend especially with all that I’ve shared with her over the years. Love love love her and couldn’t be more proud of all she has built and works to give those around her! As expected when walking into anything with G’s name on it the environment is beautiful, comforting, welcoming, has snacks, pink and clean! If you have not received service from her or her employees you have sadly done yourself a disservice. I super cape wearing recommend GR to everyone because I’m that confident in service across the board that will be received!

Loved loved loved Cassandra, she was the sweetest! Not only was she genuinely friendly but professional and THOROUGH!!! I thought I would need a hybrid set to get the volume I wanted, she achieved the same look with a classic set. She made sure to get EVERY SINGLE LASH. I loved the results, it was the perfect combination of full but natural. 5 out 5 stars! Would def recommend!!

Best lash place I have ever been to hands down. I've been seeing Maylon Cummings every 2 weeks for a little over 2 months and she never disappoints. I have never felt as comfortable in a place of business as I do at GR Facial Wax and Lash. The establishment is gorgeous and the overall vibe of the place never fails to put me in a good mood. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The prices are amazing compared to other eyelash extensions I've seen. I also really appreciate how conscious they are of Covid when many businesses have simply stopped caring. I feel that the staff here genuinely cares about the wellbeing of their clients and that does not go unnoticed. I also feel that my lash extensions last way longer than sets I have gotten elsewhere. If you are looking for a new place to get waxed or your lashes done I 100% recommend GR.

First off let me say that the customer service was great. All the staff was very friendly and nice. The establishment is very clean and beautiful inside. My rating is more for the outcome of my lash lift. I just got it done yesterday evening and the pic is from this morning. I have never had a lash lift before but I saw so many before & after pics and thought wow this is a great option for me. When I was given a mirror to look at them once done I thought they looked lifted but when I got home and really looked in my mirror they do not look too different from my natural lashes. I have never had a lash lift so this was my first time and I guess I expected them to look how they would when I use a lash curler but they don’t.

I got a facial and lash lift here as a gift from my big sister (Amy Phan). I want to say the facial I got was relaxing and made my skin look great. However, I was really disappointed by the lash lift. It took a good 45 mins-1 hour so I was hoping that it would make my lashes look at least a bit more lifted than they were. I got my lash lift done first and then facial right after. On the drive home, I had noticed my lashes already looked like they did prior to having anything done. I attached before and after pictures and as you can see there is basically no difference. They told me to come in again the next day at 11AM and said it was the “only available time”, but I have a busy schedule and cannot come in at the drop of a hat, especially since GR is nearly an hour away from me. And when paying $100 for a lash lift, I expect to see results the FIRST time or have it noted somewhere that I may have to come in again to see results. I see that this has been a problem with other people, so I would not recommend their lash lift.

I recommend you stop what you are doing and go to this place!!! I’ve known the owner (Gilenid) for 5 or 6 years now and I always get a full body wax!!! She never disappoints and all of her staff is amazing too! The decor is very stylish as well! I was first referred to this establishment by a friend and when I tell you this place is a GEM! It is soooo clean and luxurious. The entire staff is friendly and professional. Every time I walk in I am greeted with smiles. Shelby is amazing! I have gone to her for both lash sessions and facial sessions and every time I have always been proud. I love feeling like I have a friendship with my lash tech/facialist. Recently I got the queen is clean facial from Shelby and the fox eyeliner lash set done by Mrs. G and ladies…. Let me tell y’all it is gooooorgeous. I received sooooo many compliments on this set and my skin. GR is definitely my go to spot for all beauty care needs.
