The shop is very clean and calm; a huge selection of polishes (gel and regular). Grace, the owner is extremely sweet and welcoming. Coco did an amazing job with my hard gel removal and gel manicure. I will be back and definitely recommend!

What a great place for nails and much needed self-care. As a new mom I've completely forgotten about my nails... needless to say they looked awful, short, dry and stumpy. I tried their gel mani and really loved the outcome. Coco successfully combined two colors (brown and red) to get the deep burgundy I wanted for fall. I have baby (difficult) nails so she really took her time. The Chinese staff was lovely and I really enjoyed chatting with them. Will def come back and highly recommend!

While on holiday went to get my pedi and change the colour of my nails on feet and hands A part of the ridiculous amount I paid is the worst pedicure and change of colour I ever had. My toe is sore for been cut in a weird way the gel on my hands is coming off after just 4 days I won’t be back in New York but if I was I would not come back here Technician nice but constantly asked do you want massage do you want this do you want that to increase the amount you spend it was uncomfortable.

Word of advice is to believe the lower rated reviews with this business. I ignored the 3.8 stars as I just wanted a gel removal and figured it could not go super wrong and I was in a crunch for time. Gel removal takes 1 whole hour, and I tell the nail tech that I can have my natural nails cut down, which is supposed to be $10 on top of $15 gel removal (per the owner's words to the nail tech in Chinese). When the owner rang me up, what should have been $25 was $35 before tax and tip. The nail shaping is terrible (asked for almond and she left me with uneven edges and some of them pointy). I didn't notice this or the leftover residue on my nails as I had to hurry out the door. Will never return, stay away from this dishonest business.

I stopped in for a quick gel removal. It was only $10 and the BEST gel removal I’ve ever had. I have very thin nails so normally they’re destroyed after gel. They look great. I’m super impressed and will be back!

Update: Manicure has lifted on most nails a week later, had to have removed. I got gel manicures for a friend and myself as a gift, and coming here was the wrong choice. Staff were rude, dismissive, talked over and interrupted us. I can tolerate rudeness if the end product is good, but this manicure was not worth the money. A full nail cleaning and manicure in under 20 minutes. This meant half-cleaned nails, thin polish application, and polish on cuticles. Anyone who gets manicures knows this means it’ll peel up in only a matter of days. I’m embarrassed to have brought my friend here as a gift, and will not be returning or recommending to other friends.

So I have never written a bad review in my life. this was truly an awful experience that left me feeling completely regretful about coming in here. I had gotten a $100 gift card from work and wanted to use it to get my nails done. Halfway through getting my toes done they are telling me it’s not working, when they should’ve told me beforehand. I got to the register and the lady hands me a mini bottle of deodorant!! LMAO what . So embarrassing. The kicker was that my Total for my toes was $98 dollars… never coming back here. Toes look crusty and clearly are dishonest about pricing. Seems a bit dishonest in general.

I made an appointment on class pass the same morning for 11am. I arrived at 10:50 and it was still locked, but the kind lady named Coco let me in. She asked what I needed and I showed her my class pass appointment. I got a gel-x manicure. She asked my approval every step of the way, when it came to length and shape and color of my nails. I enjoyed myself, she was very quiet but I was happy to sit in silence. I was the only person in there, but it was the morning in the middle of the week. She gave me a surprise shoulder rub while we were waiting for the nails to finish in the blue light. It was great, I will come back just for this. Seriously amazing I needed it.

The nails turned out great and the signature nail spa is totally worth it. The massage was so relaxing and the lady definitely knew what she was doing. The lady used great products from Korea and exfoliated my skin and then moisturized. Overall excellent service and the staff are extremely nice and made me feel very welcomed.

I absolutely love my nails and the overall experience but $4 for EACH sticker is absurd. I would pay that (and more) for something hand drawn but tiny stickers? No. I can do that on my own nails. If I go back it would be only for the SNS.

Had a great time here! The owner is very friendly and knows her stuff! I came in with a damaged enamel on my toes from gel removal (I did it at home) and she was able to to help make it stronger. It’s a one stop shop for hair, nails, and all self care!

I had a lashI had a lash extension appointment but the lash technician was unable to properly apply the lashes due to the glue not sticking. Attached picture is how much of lash they were able to get on me after 30 minutes of service.

I had a wonderful first time experience with the tall woman she did amazing work and the lady in charge back then was also welcoming and very friendly ! however when I went to get my nails again today it was so badly done and the lady was demanding for a higher tip too, really don’t like the experience I thought this was a decent place initially.

I have been to grace nail salon a number of times but today I came back after a couple of months from nail salon hiatus. The owner Grace has always been accommodating with appointment times so absolutely no complaints there. The technician who helped me must be new because I had a hard time justifying she did a good job even though I’m not picky. My nails were shaped unevenly and not filed down smoothly. I asked a few times to have the nail reshaped and it still came out very uneven. The polish was layered on thickly and now it’s bubbling up after drying and you can tell the different layers that were applied. The technician also did not cut the cuticles around my nail bed which is pretty standard for manicures and something I can’t really do on my own. I understand the technician is new but would be good to have her receive constructive feedback on how to do basic manicures. After she finished painting my nails, she did not clean up the polish that was stuck underneath my nail from her over painting them. Overall, a very disappointing experience and don’t think I will be back.

[Amended review 2 weeks later]: I know the owner will say something offensive as she always does (in a private message she blamed it on my nails) but I have to warn people anyways because it’s unacceptable that 2 weeks later my big toe/nail is still in incredible pain due to poorly cut toenails by this untrained technician (and no, just having had a baby doesn’t make one incapable to cut nails to the point where I would have rather done it myself). I wonder if she’s even licensed or trained. Avoid at all costs unless you want to limp in excruciating pain like I am. 1star for the services received + 1 star for the very nice (yet under skilled) technician. I do want to emphasize that she was very nice and hind and did her best BUT she’s very new and should not be allowed to work on customers without warning of her skill level. It took ~1.5h to get through my pedicure (somehow without a top coat) while the owner did 4 pedis next to us. The mani + pedi + 20min massage was budgeted for 70min, in 2h I didn’t even get to the mani (I did receive a gift card for it).

super kind, generous, and thoughtful staff who helped me find the perfect nail service and even choose the right color. loved the little wine and free candies as well, such a sweet touch. i will 100% be returning to grace for my future services!

Came in today for a pedicure and gel manicure. They seemed really rushed and I had to ask multiple time to fix the shape and polish for my pedicure. Even after asking, the pedicure still came out uneven and the nails were crooked. The manicure was better, but not much attention to detail overall. One upside is that you can book through ClassPass if you need to get through credits. I wont be returning and think there’s better places you can go for the same price.

I walked in and they took me right away but as soon as I wanted to do Gel, they tried to convince me to do Dip, which I am not a fan of as it often chips on me. Throughout the whole manicure I felt very rushed and no work on the cuticle was done at all, I’m not expecting a Russian manicure or anything but at least some buffing on the cuticle. The gel color on the nail is bumpy and uneven and even some of my nails the color is translucent. I felt like she didn’t want to do gel and was rushing because a next appt was there and really just screwed up my nails. Sort of upset I paid almost $55 for something so messy and bumpy. (obviously wouldn’t mind paying more for good work but really?? This is absolutely terrible) I probably should’ve waited and went next door.

We went in on a Groupon to check it out and they were rude from the beginning on the phone. We went in and it was a discrepancy about one or two. I paid the difference but the owner called and wanted to get aggressive with me about payment which I already agreed to pay. It was very disappointing and I don’t recommend utilizing this establishment.
