Booked an appointment at 2:30 with Courtney waited over 30 minutes in the lobby till it was about 3:00 never greeted or advised it was going to be a wait even though I booked an appointment worst experience I’ve ever had at a salon once it hit 30 minutes and still no word from anyone I left

I was a walk in and I was referred to see Courtney 4 vivid coloring. After numerous text conversations I made an appointment with her for 4:30 p.m Tuesday 6/18. A couple days later we communicated to confirm the appointment and she told me somebody else had scheduled her another apt in that time slot and she offered to move me to 6pm. She then told me that was the only apt she had available until late August. I agreed to the time and then she told me I needed to give her my credit card number via txt in order to reserve the spot. I was not comfortable giving my credit card number over the phone and instead I gave her card information for a Visa gift card to reserve my appointment. When I showed up for my 6:00 p.m. appointment on Tuesday, the only day she had available to fit me in for 2 months, she told me she had not scheduled the appointment because she was not able to run my card over the phone. My original communication with Courtney was on May 16th and my appointment was for June 18th. I am incredibly frustrated and will not be giving this location my business.

I attempted to dye my hair at home right before my engagement photos and totally messed up. I had this crazy orange color with highlight bleeding all over ... Major disaster. Let me just say, All the girls at teal monkey were truly amazing friendly and nice! The atmosphere was so incredibly welcoming! I have to give a major shout out to Brooke Bentley! She did such a beautiful job fixing what i messed up I will definitely be coming back! She saved my hair and photos! Thank you so much!

I went here for the first time and absolutely loved it!! Courtney did such a great job with my hair. Most hairstylists would just do what they thought was good for my hair without really explaining how it would affect my look or listening to what I don’t like about my hair and how it grows. She wasn’t afraid of thinning out my really thick hair to make it more manageable for me, told me how different cuts would work with my hair, and gave me tips for styling. The decor is to die for and everyone is super nice! I’ll be going back next time I need my cut and color for sure.

This was my first time at teal monkey salon and i am extremely happy with my hair done by Paige. I had a picture in mind and she corrected my hair to be exactly what I wanted. I wasn't sure how it was going to go at first but she worked her magic and i love love love my hair now! I highly recommend going to see her! I can't wait to book my follow up appointment in a few months! - posted is a before and after.
