I was gifted a facial at Grace & Grit and it was a truly amazing experience. It’s difficult to explain, but during the facial I felt so cared for and there was a release of stress as tears quietly snuck from my eyes. Crystal Grace is truly gifted in the art of caring. I highly recommend this establishment. You will be grateful for having been there.

Everyone was very polite and welcoming and Jalen gave a great massage. I've been to a few other places for one-off reasons but I'm not committed for one of those monthly membership chains, so I was looking for a quality option that I could go to every now and then and I think I found it. Looking forward to coming back again.

I had a massage with Jalen today and it was really great! Jalen was such a calming presence and made sure to take the time to talk to me beforehand about areas to focus on and pressure preferences. She made the experience personalized. I highly recommend! I also recommend reading their website about how they are giving back to the community, such a great company to support!

I had the best experience here. Grace + Grit was a very pleasant and relaxing experience. I set my second appointment prior to leaving. The owner and staff were very pleasant and accommodating. This will be my first choice for facials and massages.

I’m so grateful I found Grace + Grit, I’ve been searching for a place like this all over Cincinnati. Most other spas feel either generic, industrial, dated, or sterile — G+G is a gorgeous sanctuary for the body and soul. The staff is so kind and welcoming, and you can tell that they put so much love into every detail. It feels like such a haven and is so lush with well-loved plants. It is the BEAST massage I’ve had in so long, I walked out a brand new human. I’m just about to book my next appointment, I can’t wait to go back again.

Enjoyed a lovely retreat here with a group of women I work with- oh. My. Gosh. We just had 30 minute long massages and facials but WOW. The massage was uber relaxing. The facial was hands down THE BEST I’ve ever received. They also let us bring in cheese and chocolate and wine and we were so relaxed in their sitting area in between treatments. HIGHLY recommend!

I saw Jen for craniosacral therapy and had a wonderful experience! Everyone at the spa was so kind and genuine, it felt like walking into a warm hug. Jen took her time with me and everything was so comfortable and relaxing. I left feeling absolutely relaxed, refreshed, and renewed with a new spring in my step. So looking forward to my next appointment!

I received treatments from both Sha-kim and Crystal. When I say that I wasn't ready to leave! They had a brother wanting to pay for another session just so I can stay in that relaxed space. I immediately booked my next session. Unfortunately, they are very busy and booked for several months in advance. I just booked several sessions for months from now so I never have to wait this long again.

I always assumed facials were a luxury and seemed very out of my comfort zone, but after receiving a gift card, I decided to give it a try. My first experience at the spa blew my mind! It’s such a peaceful environment. The facial itself was one of the most relaxing experiences of my life. I left feeling like this weight had been lifted. My body and my mind felt rejuvenated. I have since continued coming back at least every other month and always bring someone new with me! There’s nothing better than watching the people you love experience the relaxation and rejuvenation that an appointment at the spa can bring, and I get so much joy out of introducing them to that opportunity. I’ve quickly learned that it’s not a luxury but an essential part of how I care for myself! The staff members are AMAZING! Crystal and Sha-Kim are so kind and welcoming, and immediately make you feel at home! I’ve also had the opportunity to get a massage from Sha-Kim and I’m very much looking forward to another one soon! Grace and Grit is like its own little oasis in the middle of the Cincinnati and I highly recommend it!

THE HYPE IS REAL! This was hands down the absolute BEST facial I have ever experienced! I could not stop telling all my friends and family about it. The experience from start to finish was lovely. The space is gorgeous and instantly you feel a sense of peace upon walking in. Crystal was absolutely incredible and truly a master at her craft. Do not hesitate to give it a try. I already can't wait to return!
