Booked treatment based on advertising. Advertisement said treatment would be $299. During consult the provider stated treatment would be $299 per vial and that she would recommend 4 in order to get result. Cost went from $299 to $1200. Told provider that advertisement was misleading and elected not to do treatment. I did not trust this establishment based on this experience. Was offered Botox instead. False advertising. Bait and switch. Paid $25 and drove 30 min away to consult based on misleading information. Very bad vibes about this place.

Love, love Grace Medspa!! Received Morpheus treatment face and neck today. Morpheus can be painful but I had little discomfort with Morpheus today at Grace Medspa!! They are so kind and took extra care to make sure I was well numbed!! There spa is beautiful with lots of natural light. Grace Medspa is my go to Medspa!!!

I was here for facial Lemon Bottle treatments* and had such an amazing experience here. Not only is the spa super clean, but it is also very welcoming. The friendly staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed. All procedures are explained to you in depth and they do a thorough consultation where they explain the procedure in depth and answer all your questions. They never try to 'push' additional services on you. I also feel that their prices are much less than competitors. I highly recommend their services and will probably be back for some additional spa services. *Once my treatments are done, I will updated with before and after photos. I have seen a lot of change in just a few weeks. Very happy with my results

I went to the Spa do get the morpheus 8 treatment on my face and Eva was very nice and attentive on my first time visit. The 2nd time she was supposed to do the Morpheus 8 on me and had to leave for a family emergency then 3rd time and final treatment again she was at the reception when I got there and just ignored that I was there and again had to leave for the day. I was very disappointed because I pay $2400 for the treatment and I was expecting her to do my treatment because she promised me she was the one who was going to do it and have the proper training to perform the treatment on me. So next time think twice before close any deals with this business. Unfortunately my experience was not a good one. I feel they treat you so nice until you close the treatment with them after that they obviously dont care about their clients or you as a person who trusted this business and that is ashamed. After paying so much money I didn't see any results that made any difference in my skin appearance because I feel the treatment was not proper done on my skin.

Just caught sight of my face during a zoom meeting, and was so pleased at how great i look! its subtle, so probably no one else even consciously notices the difference. But, at 63, for me to notice that my skin and face are looking better -- believe me, that is a real kick! Thank you to Eva, and to everyone at Grace! You guys are spectacular.

I absolutely love this place! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel incredibly welcome. A special shout-out to Miss Evie (I hope I'm spelling that right), the owner and licensed aesthetician—she is truly amazing. She's not only funny and kind but also straightforward, which I really appreciate. I started both the Lemon Bottle and Trizepitide treatments at the end of October. While I haven't seen much weight loss yet with Trizepitide, the Lemon Bottle treatment has shown significant results. I have three months of Trizepitide treatment left, so I'm hopeful I'll be pleased with the final outcome. Overall, I'm really happy with the services and treatments so far. I'll definitely continue coming here, primarily because of Evie, but also because of Miss Paige, who was the first person I met. She made such an impression with her generosity and helpfulness right from the start.

My experience with Grace med spa was amazing! I did body contouring and microblading and it was a wonderful experience I am very pleased with my results , I love my brows! They are beautiful. Eva is very patient and she doesn't stop until it's to her perfection.

Scam! I went in for the chin promotion and they didn’t even have it lol I tried to give them a benefit of a doubt so I pre paid came back the next day to the a whole new person (injector) that told me She usually doesn’t do just one syringe… which then why run the ad. The expectation was 600$ every 2 weeks… they do not let you do little by little just to see. Also the injector tried to convince me of results that Botox and fillers do like don’t try to play me. But honestly it’s a scam customer service was weird when I rescheduled… whispering and very immature. So please go somewhere, where your business is appreciated and your not pressured into unrealistic results. I even tried to cancel no one answered which they try to hit you with a 65$ cancellation fee which is how they make their money.

Came here for a glow up: EmSculpt, Sculpture, Morpheus8, and botox. Fantastic results even after the first session. Everyone I interacted with there, including the owners considered my longterm skin health in line with the concerns I wanted to address. Such a hidden gem of a spa with expert technicians who are knowledgeable and considerate. Will visit them at least twice a year.

Beware of high pressure tactics & their “No Refund Policy” that they won’t make you aware of until AFTER they sign you up for medical loans for FUTURE services. I received an extremely painful Morpheus8 treatment on my neck/jaw/décolleté. Topical numbing ointment was applied by the receptionist to only 30% of the area treated. After waiting a full hour for the numbing gel to take affect, the procedure was started by Eva. She wiped away the topical ointment on my jaw & neck and then proceeded to treat my neck, jawline and décolleté. I was shaking from pain and when I mentioned that I wasn’t numb she told me she was giving me a better result. Nearly 45mins into the service when I was asked to remove my necklace I realized the high risk of infection and had decided I wouldn’t return. FYI the service lasted 60-90mins. I tried to be amicable and leave as soon as possible but was forced to sign up for funded future bookings & honestly thought this was the fastest exit and could easily be cancelled. I was wrong. Don’t join my nightmare with this facility.

Grace Med/Spa has been awesome for me. I had my 2nd treatment today the treatment givers are so great and helpful with my journey. So far I'm down 4 lbs. I'm trying the BPC pain meds and my arthritis pain is relieved by 90%. Yesterday I was taking the trash out and walking around my home and noticed that I was pain free, something that I hasn't felt in forever. I'm also taking the sleep aid and my circadian rhythm is back to normal 😴. I don't have to take it every night now. I ❤️ how I am feeling and looking. My goal is to get this unnecessary weight off my joints for good. Love, love, love, Grace Med/Spa, the workers and all the excellent communication and coaching that I am receiving. 🥰

I am very pleased with the SculpSure product. The laser treatments are amazing and I am seeing great results. I have lost another pant size since having these treatments. Nicole is amazing to work with and all the staff are so nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend visiting the GraceMed Spa!

I’ve been coming here for over a year now. Just different services here and there. I absolutely love the whole staff. I always feel comfortable and welcomed. I always know that I don’t have to do anything I don’t want, but they educate you on all they offer. I enjoy getting the full menu. More importantly to me, they have really helped me with my weightloss journey. They consistently check in and always hype me up when I come in. Love that haha.

My first appointment was really good. I’m new to idea of facial injections and med spas. I had an appointment for fat dissolving and questions about Botox. I didn’t feel like my questions were answered more so given a quote a for the Botox. I decided not to move forward with it and felt their attitude changed when I declined. I did to the lemon bottle fat dissolving injections in my chin. First session went great I did have noticeable results. The pain was definitely there but tolerable with numbing cream. I was told 5 vials would give me desired results and I needed to repurchase the vials. Fast forward 2 weeks 2nd appointment I felt like the staff were rushed. The receptionist came in and set everything up , I asked about the numbing cream I was told they wouldn’t numb me bc they are behind schedule. I told them I didn’t want the treatment if I couldn’t be numbed. Begrudgingly she took me to another room numbed me for about 1/2 the time they did the first time. Eva did the procedure however only did one vial in middle of my chin. I had already paid. Now looking back in hindsight they suggested I pay in cash app. I will not be returning and I can’t even dispute the payment for them not using the bottles I supposedly purchased. I would not recommend this place but I did give 3 stars bc my first appointment went ok and I did have visible results

I purchased 2 Morpheus 8 treatments for face and had zero benefit from it, which was disappointing based on cost. I also felt like they were pushy with the upsells, and I when I said had no result, was told it was because I didn’t really have issues big enough to notice a difference .🤷🏼‍♀️ I have seen great photos from people on their IG who did, but I was not one of them. I did like Eva, but my review is based on my lack of results.

I just moved to this area and stumbled on this gem and couldn’t be happier. The atmosphere is soft, refreshing and aesthetically relaxing. I am currently receiving the MOXI laser treatment series and my skeptism has been proven unwarranted. Eva is simply amazing!

I love this place they are like family. They are very very professional very clean. Eva is awesome. Even when I have to get my shot. She is very gentle and explains everything Nicole that is doing my body sculpting. She is awesome. She remembers everything you tell her and she always asked how I’m doing and she always follows up with me when I call, all of them do I would recommend this place too, friends and family in a heartbeat…. I’ve gone down to dress size and thinking my third dress size started this in jan January 10 and I we’re in March now so it really works very pleased.
