7/29/22 7p.m. I arrived at Graceful Styles hair salon, nerves on edge as this was my first visit. Before hand; I sent photos of my hair and we had a long talk about what I was expecting. All was going well so I relaxed. 930p-10p my hair is finished. I thought it was fast and even commented on how quick she was. Get home, take a closer look. The twist are unraveling and my hair is puffy. I took photos and called her, no answer. I sent text with photos - no reply. I went back to the shop today, she said my hair looks the way it does because it was trimmed, then she said it was because I was touching it, then she told me to go home and re-twist them myself.😮 I asked her for a partial refund. She said, she don't give refunds. She took no ownership, she did not offer to correct the problem and she was not willing to give me a partial refund. $180 and less that 24 hours later, my twist are coming a loose. Please don't support this stylish. I know I'm sorry I did.😒

I have been going to the owner of Gracefulstyle since I was 8 years old. I’m in my 20’s now. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to get my hair done. Gracie is amazing and can do anything and everything. Gracie and Joce are fantastic!

I've been going to Gracie for 10 years and I have yet to get a bad compliment about my hair. When I feel my hair is looking rough, someone will stop me and ask, Who does your hair? When she tells you to do something for an issue your having with your hair, you better listen! She's the expert! I Love Gracie because she takes care of my crown and glory!!👑💃🏽🙏🏾
