Agnes is a very special person whose loyalty to her previous salon and to her clients is impressive. When GemVie closed its doors after many years, I, and I’m sure all of her regular clients, were happy that she went out on her own and opened up Graceful Touch Spa. I think it was 2015 when I had the great fortune to meet Agnes, who is knowledgeable about skincare and health in general, and is a lifelong learner. She cares about what she does, and we benefit from her passion and commitment, as well as her talents. I moved two hours from the City two years ago and come back every month just to continue to benefit from Agnes’ services as a client and as a friend. Needless to say, I wholeheartedly recommend Graceful Touch and the fabulous Agnes.

Before Agnes, I used to search for the best groupon deals around town for facials. Once I found her I never looked elsewhere. I have been going to her for almost 10 years now. She is so intuitive and knowledgeable when it comes to skincare. She truly lives up to her name ‘graceful touch’ because her customized facials are the best, and my skin literally glows for days. Aside from that she is literally the best human you could ever meet.

Customize facials are my favorite!!! Agnes always know what my skin needs. It doesn’t matter if I struggle with acne, with the Glo2/Geneox 3 in 1 treatment my skin is now glowing like if I never had acne before. 100% recommended. The facial massages are my favorite! I almost don’t want to write this review to keep Agnes all for myself. She is BY FAR the best in the game. She has evaded of experience under her belt and she continuously keeps up to date on the newest machines, products, and techniques. I’ve been to every fancy, expensive, hype celebrity Facialist in nyc and she beats them all. Her face massage is my favorite, it leaves me de-puffed and sculpted for days. I go to her religiously and my skin is perfection.

My brother and I have been coming to Agnes for ten years after scouring the city for the best place to get regular, quality facials (with extractions!!!) for a reasonable price. I've struggled with acne for years, even went on accutane in my early twenties, but regular facials with Agnes was when I saw the biggest improvement. I can't say enough good things about her. She is not only incredibly knowledgeable about holistic skin care, but she also truly cares about the improvement of your skin. My brother and I recently followed her from her prior spot to her new location (Graceful Touch) and we absolutely LOVE it. The place is perfect and relaxing. Highly recommend!!!
