Dirk is an artist! He gave me one of my best ever haircuts. He is very attentive to details, has a great personality and is highly skillful. I found my go to place for haircuts. Would highly recommend this place and Dirk!

I have been seeing #kaiowilkerhair for about 18 months now. He transformed my over processed hair into healthy , thicker , beautiful hair. I get compliments all the time and I wouldn’t say that my hair has previously been a strong attribute. His balayage artistry is excellent ! He also is the first stylist that has taken the time to really educate me about how to care for my type of hair and gives great tips on styling. He goes in depth into hair ‘wellness ‘ from vitamins / minerals to the right products!

Kaio has been taking care of my hair for a little while now. I came to him with a sensitive medical issue and he’s been nothing short of phenomenal, as a stylist and human being. Despite of the limitations I put on him, he’s given me incredible colors & cuts all the while being incredibly kind and sensitive. My hair looks absolutely beautiful! This man is simply a natural with hair - go see him! The salon space is classy and Kathleen makes everyone feel warm and at home :)

I couldn't be happier for everyone that works here. My stylist, Kaio, is wonderful. I can comfortably say that when I sit in Kaio's chair, I can allow him to work his magic on my hair, not worry and come out looking perfect every time. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for an incredible experience. His knowledge and background in hair is astounding and gives the best head massage while in the wash bowl. The decor is fabulous and chic. They serve coffee, tea, beer and wine. Uh, hello! THEY SERVE WINE! Not to mention they are dog-friendly. My little Toby is always welcome there and treated with such love and care, much like the clientele at Gramercy. The manager at Gramercy, Kathleen, is impeccable. Her experience in the industry makes this salon top notch. I couldn't be happier for all of the stylist to be working with her. Her customer service skills rivals that of the Ritz-Carlton. It pleases me to know that my favorite Salon Manager, Kathleen, and my favorite stylist, Kaio, are under the same roof again.
