had a free day after the holidays and booked a last minute appointment hoping to relax a bit and release some tension. booking a same day appointment was so quick and easy. the entire staff is lovely, and the facility is clean as well as calming and soothing. Patty did an incredible deep tissue massage for me and worked wonders on a knot in my neck i always have issues with. left feeling relaxed and renewed, and can’t wait for my next visit!

Summer is an amazing person and massage therapist. I don't know that I have ever had such care woven into an excellent massage. My body and spirit feel better after an hour with her. I would highly recommend! Thank you!

Booked a couple massage to celebrate my husband's birthday and the experience was beyond our expectation! The room was decorated beautifully and the massage was good. They offered us complementary champagne and chocolates. They also prepared a surprise cake. It was a memorable experience.

First time here. Went for a couple massage with hubby. Our masseuse. Lita, was already waiting for us. She lead us to our suite and we met the other masseuse Yuki . Great ambience, great service. We definitely would recommend this location. Thank you

I went for the couples massage with my partner. It was everything we wanted and more! The room was decorated beautifully and the service was incredible. They made us comfortable and gave some complementary champagne and chocolates at the end!

Much needed swedish massage therapy! I have degenerative herniated disc so needed to loosen my stiff muscles and spasms from time to time. Glad to find this place in NYC. Ivy was awesome, no pain and very relaxing.

Professional and effective massage services. Awkward building entry/access process as it’s located within a class A office building vs a traditional retail storefront, but worth the extra few minutes.

What a phenomenal experience. The staff here was very friendly. My massage therapist gave me a great quality massage and was very accommodating. The room was quiet and tranquil and helped me get into a relaxed state for the service. Would definitely recommend to others.

My wife and I arrived at Grand Central Bodywork and within one minute we were greeted with a friendly smile. We were taking back to our couples massage room. We scheduled for a Thai /combination massage. Both of our massage, therapist were diligent and gave one of the best massages we ever had. We would highly recommend Grand Central Bodywork. And asked for Yuki and Ivy.

Superb! My wife and I had an early morning 1 hr couples massage. We both felt like walking on clouds when we were done, so relaxed. The next day I noticed I was walking slightly different, better somehow, like if my joints had been realigned. I had the deep tissue option, and yet, the masseuse was so delicate in doing so. Highly recommended. We will do it again when we're back in NYC. The place is clean and invites to relaxation. Try it, lots of options, you will be glad you did!

Had the best massage I’ve ever gotten today! I am a chronic pain sufferer with cervical radiculopathy and more muscle spasms and trigger points than I can count on both hands. Usually I feel somewhat better after a massage but after my appointment with Ellen today I am feeling pain free! Can’t recommend this place enough- I will definitely be back. Thanks Ellen!

Wonderful experience! Great massages - just the right amount of pressure. I indicated that it was my friend’s birthday when booking and they surprised her with sparkling wine, a little cake with a candle and sang happy birthday when we arrived! Highly recommend

First time in NYC and got recommended this location. Needless to say it was 10/10! Elin did such an amazing job and got all of my knots out. She constantly checked how the pressure was and if I was comfortable. This will be my go to massage spot when I’m in NYC. Highly recommend!

Received an amazing couples massage from Nancy & Summer yesterday! My boyfriend and I walked in and they got us set up right away, with a private room and bottle of champagne. Room was decorated beautifully but the messages was the best part felt great afterwards asked for a deep tissue and one of the best massages I ever had
