Helen is awesome and does beautiful designs. The salon is clean and beautifully decorated. And did I mention the massage chairs?! They are amazing! Definitely recommend this place.

Let me start this post by saying, the skill is in attendance. The communication is lacking severely. Now I have been to this salon before and had exceptional service. Everything was handled with care and it was quick and everything was very clean. But my last visit.. unfortunately was not the best experience. I called that morning 15 minutes after they opened and scheduled an appointment for another person and myself. We walk in I start my pedicure. She starts her nails, 20 minutes into her getting her nails done the nail tech (Helen) stops and does someone else’s nails. Now when I bring this to my nail tech (B) attention I’m told that she’s a busy person. Riddle me this : if you schedule an appointment at a business for a designated time, and they stop you in the middle of your appointment to take care of someone else who did not schedule an appointment, would you feel a type of way? Once again, the skill is in attendance, but communication and there’s time management is very poor. We were disregarded and were there twice as long as normal when it was not busy. Maybe it was an off day. But nonetheless, you were still a professional business and that was unnecessary. The person that came with me did not get her nails completed but what was done by the nail tech was beautiful. In the future, working on time, management and scheduling would alleviate a lot of irritation and confusion with customers. So try going during their non-peak hours early in the morning or right after lunch.

I was visiting from out of town and needed my nails done. This nail salon was close to Flying Horse so I decided to give it a try. ANNIE did my nails and I am very happy with the job she did. She did tips with dip powder and gel polish, with ombré glitter. The salon was clean and pleasant. The price was less than I was expecting, too!

It was my first time in their salon and I liked how they turned out. The artist helped me chose a design and exceeded it. Love my nails!!! 10/10 I recommend!

Did great the first time I went here. I had some extra time after work today and thought I could swing by for an acrylic fill. Their OPEN sign is on and Google says that they are open until 7:00. It is 5:17 on a Thursday and the doors are locked, lights off. Like I said, their neon OPEN sign is still on. I tried to call, no answer. Not sure if everyone is on break or if they closed early and forgot to turn off their sign. Very disappointed.

I liked this salon for months, especially the friendly technicians. Until yesterday. I asked for simple manicure and pedicure, no color this time, plus callous removal. I assume she didn’t speak English. She shoved the gel nail selection at me 3 times over the treatments, tried to sell me $37 topcoat, and my callous is still there…I’ll have to do it. I’m not going back. Too expensive to take a chance.

I totally disagree with all the comments about the nail polish - it's the longest lasting polish I've ever used. I come here all the time. The place is also lovely and very friendly.

This is the first nail place I’ve been to where my nails don’t chip, peel, or crack after 4-7 days. I’m going in 3 weeks. This never happens. I’ll be going here for now on.

Stopped by on a whim. They take such good care of you, love the service here. They had a great selection of colors so that made the color selection that much easier. I'll definitely be back!!

My tech is amaaaazing! She really does go above and beyond! I really enjoyed my gel pedicure. Been going to this salon for many times and don't have plans on changing!

I used to come here regularly…like 4 years ago. I had a few techs that I liked but towards the end (I am bad at making appointments) and on a few walk ins I wasn’t happy with the results. Today I went back and had a really great experience. The salon looks great, my nails turned out awesome - new tech I hadn’t seen before. My daughter’s nails were amazing and the person next to me was a regular and hers looked great as well. I always liked the owner a lot and she was in there as usual and was always one of the best. This is definitely back in the rotation for my nails again!

I have endured nothing but disrespect from 2 nail techs at this location. I guess it started once I informed Amy that one of the nails she put on was crooked and before that I did not want her to remove the nails the quick way which hurts like hell. They slide a card or a nail under my nail to remove the nails. I just did not want to feel pain yesterday or ever…Then I had a hard time trying to find the correct nail color that I particularly wanted. There was a wide variety and I had no clue that the shades only got darker once the liquid mixed. Once we found the color and she finished my nails I noticed that 2 of my nails were crooked and one of my nails were way smaller than the other nails.i tried not to be extra but let’s remember I’m paying over $65 for acrylic nails plus the $11 tip. After she finished my nails I gave her my card to pay. Then the guy that wears black all the time decides to say something like she can go. I think that is extremely rude. I did not go there to get humiliated, I went there to relax and get my nails done. There’s no reason I should have to deal with a feminine sassy man that had nothing to do with my manicure.

I have been coming to Grand Nail for over 5 years and love them here!! They are truly so friendly and all their nails techs are amazing. B has been doing my nails for years and is awesome! The service menu is vast which makes it nice to choose how much you want to spend on a mani/pedi knowing what you are getting. The room is clean and the color choices seem endless. They most recently did my nails for my wedding and I just have to shoutout what an INSANE job they did. For the flower build, B passed my nails to another tech specializing in nail design which I greatly appreciated. Grand Nail is the best family owned nail salon who remembers their regulars and takes care of all their walk ins just the same.

Nail technicians are polite and friendly. They take really good care of their customers and take their time delivering quality service. It is fairy price with their quality for a deluxe pedicure with gel nail polish. Will return!!!

The first time I saw Andy 3 months ago he was new, and he filed my fingers down so much he made them bleed. Then cut to three months later when he was dremeling my nails he cut my fingers yet again. It also took two hours to get out of the salon for just plain color nails.
