This is a nice salon - the reception staff are welcoming and helpful and the shampoo chairs are super comfortable. Plus it's an inclusive atmosphere - love that they ask for preferred pronouns (if you wish to provide them) on the new client form. Overall clean and inviting atmosphere. I've seen Cara twice now for color services and left very happy each visit. She's laid back, friendly, easy to talk to and takes time to learn about your hair goals. Left super happy today, loving my color after we tweaked the toner from the first visit! Bonus, she gives a stellar scalp massage. Other pros: plenty of parking and it's a one stop shop for great skin and hair products and other fun gift items. Happy to have found this salon!

My first visit to the Medspa for a facial was fantastic & so relaxing. Next day my complexion is brighter! Vanessa is the BEST esthetician! I love that Grand does it all between the Salon & Medspa. I will be back for a hair service next!

I drive about an hour to come see Bekah! She’s been doing my hair since 2016 and she’s totally worth the drive! She listens to what you want and takes her time perfecting your hair. She’s excellent at creating a natural looking balayage/highlights and I always so many compliments on my cut and color!

I had a facial with Vanessa Wojcik and she was terrific! She educated me on facial care and first asked what my concerns were with my skin. She then told me what she was going to do to address my concerns which she did with a professional excellence unsurpassed by my previous facial providers. I really appreciated her input and recommendations! It was such a treat to have her do the facial on my birthday! I’d highly recommend going to her!

I have been seeing Bekah for a year and a half or so and she is amazing! Recently we changed up the style and it’s my most favorite cut I’ve ever had. She’s super knowledgeable and versatile and I always leave feeling amazing!!

Best facial of my life! I’ve seen Rosann for two facials now and she has transformed my skin. As someone who has struggled with hormonal acne that is now flaring up in my pregnancy, I trust Rosann with my skin! She’s patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable and cares about her clients! I love the Grand Salon the moment you walk in the door you a greeted by a friendly face. I was a customer prior to leaving the neighborhood and just returned even though it's a bit of hike. The team is highly professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Bay!

I’m so glad I found this place. They do everything they can to make you feel welcome (and even give you a gift bag of goodies when you check in). My first time coming here for a facial and I had Rosann. She was friendly and gave me a lovely facial. I left with glowing skin and just feeling good overall. I will definitely be coming back here to see her again!

I had such a lovely experience here! I showed up at the end of a really awful month, feeling anxious and out of sorts. Tara was my esthetician and gave me such a wonderful facial - it was relaxing, refreshing, and transformative. She met me where I was and was so generous with her kindness. When my husband saw me afterwards he said I was literally radiant - I was glowing. Thanks so much Tara and Grand! Everyone here was so kind and welcoming and I’m looking forward to my next appointment :)

Megan was amazing! She was extremely precise with my cut but made it look easy! Great conversation, wonderful staff and relaxing atmosphere. I truly left feeling like my money was well spent.

The environment was ok. The stylists and other clients were very loud and rude about the smell if the treatment I chose. It was my first time. I was misquoted twice. She yelled I had the incorrect price, which was not the case in the end. After i politely asked her to comb from the bottom up, the stylists continued to rip through my hair instead of detangling from ends to root. She yelled once more about she can't add anything to help her, when I informed her combing bottom up would help. From there, she combed a few strands in a manner to help prevent further breakage. My stylists was not excited to perform the service. Many other stylists made snarky remarks as they passed by. There was hair from the previous client on the floor. Upon paying my bill was checked as if it was fake. Not the most welcoming or relaxing environment. After flat ironing my hair on 450 degrees, i hope it's not damaged. I wouldn't recommend.

Alex H is the best!! I went to her for color and she did a great job. While I was there I talked about how self conscious I was about my hair, how thin it was becoming and how damaged it looked. She recommended extensions and I voiced my concerns on why I had never considered them. She took the time to educate me and answer all my questions. In the end I decided to get the extensions and am so happy I did! They look natural and I’ve never gotten more compliments on my hair. Alex was patient and thoughtful and helped me make a decision she knew I would be happy with!!

Corey is amazing, the whole salon is very welcoming and friendly. Good access to highway and GOOD PARKING. Have enjoyed coming to the salon each time and took several years to get me to drive back downtown. Love it!

I have enjoyed facials over the years. Never have I experienced a facial experience like ROSANN provides. She analyzes your face and provides custom facials for your skin type and situation. When I leave there is a noticeable difference in my skin texture and overall appearance. I highly recommend her and will keep coming back. Not one for taking the time to write reviews but in her case I felt compelled to recommend her to others.

I've been a client at Grand for years and have always had a 5 star experience! Their customer service is phenomenal, from scheduling or changing/confirming appointments, everyone is always to pleasant and makes every attempt to accommodate. On the hair side, I have been a client of April's for 10 years and she is just the BEST. She knows me and my every-changing hair so well and I trust her implicitly. She takes such great care of me! Finally, I decided to utilize Grand's Med Spa services at my last visit and I'm regret that it took me so long. I had, hands-down, the BEST facial of my life with Roseann. I'll definitely be scheduling another one soon. I highly recommend Grand and all of their services. Keep doing exactly what you're doing!
