I’ve been a loyal customer at Grand Spa for about 10 years, coming in weekly and spending around $1,500-$1,800 annually. Despite my long-term loyalty, I’ve had several issues with the front desk lady over the years. She clearly doesn't like me, and today was the final straw. I asked for an extra towel, which is a simple request for any spa. The front desk lady told me once again that they had no extras, despite the fact that last time she said the same thing, and I watched a cleaning lady hand me a towel right in front of her. How can they "run out" of towels when they’re visibly available? It feels personal, and it’s incredibly frustrating to be treated like this as a loyal customer. Grand Spa just lost a long-time customer and the $1,600 a year I used to bring in. It’s a shame, because I’ve supported this business for so long, but the unprofessionalism and lack of basic customer service is unacceptable. I won’t be coming back.

Water wasn't hot and sauna has temperature problems!! Owner doesn't feel any guilty about these issues and never thinking about correcting these issues at all. And payment is what? Transaction fee? It felt like they want more money after regular price.. I hope this place will be closed permanently!!!!! Scrub skill was great but I don't like water temperature at bath and temperature at saunas!

In A Nutshell: -Grand Spa is hidden gem :) -Located in an area w/ plenty of other spas, this was a great find. -It isn't the fanciest or most beautiful, but if you are looking for the bare bones of a great Korean body scrub and massage, then this is your spot. -I've been to several jjimjilbang's in Busan, Seoul, Dallas, Atlanta, Las Vegas & the San Francisco Bay Area, so I know what I am looking for when it comes to a good experience. -I like going to these types of Korean spa's b/c what they lack in ambience, they make up in spades w/ the service you are paying for. -The spa is divided into the men's and women's sides w/ no co-ed area. -The men's spa has a locker room, small restroom, a couple of rooms to lay down, a medium sized room to sit in a lounger, a spa room w/ hot, warm & cold tubs, showers & a sauna/steam rooms. -The scrub room is tiny, but I was able to get a really authentic body scrub from J. -He scrubbed all that old skin away & then I got a nice massage after the scrub. -The body scrub/massage was $110, which is about $20 cheaper than the competitors in the area. -If you check-in on Yelp for the first time, you can get an extra 10% off, which they honored. Overall, I feel very relaxed, my skin is smooth & feels great. I will definitely come back again!

Wow what a great spa! The day pass is affordable and gives you access to the pools and saunas. It was quiet and calm when I went, so I’ll definitely be back!

Me and my girls reserved for 4 people on phone. But when we arrived they told us they can do only 2 people at a time with out any apology. We wasted 30 dollars on Uber and we were so disappointed. I don’t recommend this place!!!!

Please don't come this spa. Everyone there is very unfriendly and seems to not understand English well. When we called to make the appointment, they clearly stated that they could accommodate four people for massages simultaneously. We planned for each person to have a 90-minute massage. However, upon arriving at the shop, we were informed that only two people could proceed first, while the other two had to wait. This situation left us very dissatisfied and disappointed because they did not fulfill their initial commitment and did not inform us in advance that this might happen. It not only wasted our time but also affected our overall experience.

We made appointment for 4 people very clearly and come all the way for 40mins. After we arrived they said only two people and no apology or anything. I repeat 4 people at least three times on the phone. Don't come to this Spa, very disrespectful, I don't think they can even understand English clearly. Waste my 30 dollars on Uber. I'm super unhappy. The front desk is so mean

Rundown place. If you want to spend money on this place be my guest but the amenities are limited here. You are better off going to WI Spa .

케쉬 강요 하고..사람 불편하게 만드는 곳 첨 봐요.. 가격도 30불 올랏는데.. 저번에 갓을때 hot tub 못들어가게 막아놓고 그래놓고 왜 장사 하는지 미리 애기 하고 돈받아야지 모하는짓인지 정말 별로... 뜨거운 물도 한참 한참 잇어야 나오고 다신 안간다.. 위스파 찜찔까지 30불인데 발렛 4불 주고 위스파 가는게 백배 낫다.. 주차 공짜 인거 말고는 추천할게 하나 없다

My first visit was not so Grand, I have been to two other Korean Spas so Im shy on the overall experience. Grand spa is great if you don't mind rude racist security guards who have nothing better to do than assume the worst with out vetting the situation. Ok so the spa is in an area where im sure alot of homeless try to take advantage of the 24 hour amenities and over do it. But i paid $120 for a message another $30 for over priced cup of noodles all while having to walk around in my shell toes because they ran out of large slippers. I know korean sizes are alot smaller than US but if ur going to be open to the public and take my money you should try to accommodate all sizes within reason. Im a size 9 its not that uncommon for a woman of 5”9 in. Also train or atleast make ur security aware of the culture/environment isn’t strictly Asian and to be conscience of others. Security came to my car 3xs within 30 min or less!!! Excuse me for wanting to enjoy my food and grab a smoke before entering. Theres no outside food allowed (understood) or smoking area (urgh) and no ins and outs. Oh but if u need to pay for anything u can embarrassingly head down in your robe (damn near see through) and go to the lobby past construction? To the main entrance!! And use the only atm so u can purchase over priced items. I was completely satisfied with my experience until my attempt to run it back!. Thank goodness there’s other Spas where i can rest my chronic back pain and feel my money I work hard for to go to a overall better experience in a Korean spa.

The place is relatively normal and the prices are affordable # regarding the tip I agree with those who wrote the comments, they should warn that there will be a 20% tip. And also, Be careful, the cleaner steals things and what a shame it is to see that he just stole shampoo and gel, then refused to give it back. The staff also needs to pay attention to customer service. Not friendly and unfriendly staff.

The treatments are the best! The facilities are not as posh as other spas but the treatments are so much better, it's my favorite. Read a review that claims the owners are racist and I can assure you they are not, everybody goes there and we all get along. Except for the screaming obnoxious sort that don't know how to act. I'm very grateful that they make an effort to maintain a peaceful tranquil environment. Grand Spa is not a circus, the focus is on excellent customer service and it shows

"The massage itself was satisfactory, however, I found the spa amenities to be quite disappointing. The steam sauna was excessively hot, to the point where it was impossible to open the door. In addition, there was scorching water dripping from the ceiling, making it dangerous to stay inside. The hot tub "no jets". Overall, I would consider it a hazard and not worth the time."
