My daughter took my granddaughter here to have her bangs rescued by cutting them professionally & they messed her bangs up. The lady didn't listen & cut them horribly leaving a little girl looking like a donkey chewed her bangs!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never going back ever!!!

Although I have been to this location many times, with satisfactory results. Dominique and Robert have both done a good job for me in the past. Never tell Jordan that you trust him, it was like I gave him permission to give me a lousy cut. Although we agreed to an inch below the shoulders with a radius to the cut so it was slightly longer in the back and cut so that the ends would curl under slightly. He managed to get the right side about shoulder length and the left side about an inch above that. As for any turning under he simply took his scissors and cut along the back of the cape, missing bits, four days after the cut I am still cutting off strays that are 3 to 5 inches longer than he cut the rest of it. Zero effort was made to make it curl under. (He did go and get all of his clips so that he could give me a real haircut, he just didn't use them! One side does curl under because he caught the natural wave there, but since the other side is not even, it pretty much points straight out. I would take it back to have it 'fixed' but it is already way shorter than agreed to. I usually clip it back, so a haircut is not a huge concern, but one side is too short to stay clipped. I am just disgusted! I will definitely request a different stylist in the future.

First time at this location and just want a fast walk in. My hairs don't even look even, one side is longer than the other, though I only requested to make it short. Now I have to go to professional salon to have it fixed 😕.

This place had been good. Today this lady messed up my entire head. Instead of trimming my beard to an even length, she gave me a high uneven “jaw line”. Instead of lining up what i had she trimmed too high. She then cut too low on my cheeks and over corrected on both sides. She left it crooked with patchy lengths. I Asked for a med fade and trim a bit of length off the top and she trimmed my entire head to one length. No fade just an abrupt stop with patches. I went in for a clean up that every other lady has been able to take care of there. This sucks even though it grows back. Paying someone else to fix it and growing a new beard blows. Please don’t touch hair if you don’t know how.

Had Monica as a stylist. She cut the front part of my hair much shorter than the rest of my hair, and the sides were too long near the top. I was not asked if I was a veteran (I am), so I didn't get the veteran discount that was offered to other veterans, and I did not get the mirror check when I was done. It wasn't until I was home, eonsing the cut hairs out of my hair that I saw how bad the haircut was. Fortunately, I was able to go back and get it fixed. That is the only reason this isn't a 1 star review.

I wasn't impressed with the atmosphere. It felt a bit low budget. I can only speak for the stylist I went to, but she wasn't knowledgeable, and also took an hour to give me a very simple trim. Which wasn't what I asked for.

Stylist barely watched what she was doing. Cut way too short, mainly because she ignored my request not to blend or that my head/cut does not need to be symetrical (most stylist do not understand this concept). Fortunately, I am pretty casual about my hair, This was only an easy option as I just moved, but will be scouting out [hopefully] better shops for my next cut.
