Amber is amazing and personable. I got both my kids hair cuts at the same time so we had them both getting cut at that same time and the other person we got a cut from their attention to detail was no where near hers. Would recommend amber.

The cut was awesome from what I could see, but a few hours after leaving, a family member noticed uncut long hairs on the back of my head. I had to have it fixed by my wife, I also live 2 hours away as I was only passing through and wanted it cut before Monday, so I couldn't drive back.

What do they mean no more walk ins appointment only. If that’s the case I’ll go with my barber. it’s about the same price, and he will do a good job. All I needed was a quick touch up before a meeting but With 4 workers in the back they can’t do walking ins anymore. Shake my head.

I had a very bad experience today at great clips. As soon as the lady called my name she was already in a bad mood, then, when I told what I would like to have done today, she gave me a very bad silent look for a about 5 seconds. It made me feel very uncomfortable. Then, she decided to not to do what I wanted and instead do her own thing. I wanted the bottom half of the my sides and back cut with a 3 guard, then the top half of the back and sides cut with an 8 guard. Well, she just ran the 3 guard and that’s its. I don’t even think she cut anything off the top. Also, I am not sure what razor she was using but, it burned my skin bad and left me a bad reaction, it’s burns so bad. This has never happens to me before. I still tipped her because I am just a nice guy but this really not okay. The neck line isn’t even straight… I just want a refund at this point.

If you go to the Great Clips on San Pedro and Menaul, that is closed now for remodeling, just don't have the 80 year old employee to cut your hair. She told me as she was cutting my hair, I've been doing this for over 40 years and needed to get back into it. She gave me a 1965 bowl cut and I had to go to an actual salon to have her butcher cut corrected. It cost me an extra $30 to have her butcher job fixed. At least I know it will grow back and I can have a proper cut. DON'T GO TO THE 80 YEAR OLD who will give you a bowl cut and have you emberressed, you will have to have it fixed at your cost and wait for it to grow back. They are very rude to me and my mother idk why but they are all nice to new customers and ONCE we walked in the place looked okay but that freaking attitude is UGH and the way the look at my mother with that rude look gets on my nerves. But they did a great job at cutting the hair

I took my son in for a haircut, I needed an updo, for a wedding that afternoon. The first gal said she couldn’t take me, but as I was waiting for my son to finish up the second person there said she could do it. Thank you so much !!!!!!

other locations are much better my hair is uneven and i wasn’t offered to give my opinion on the cut before the tarp was taken off not was i given a mirror to see the back at any point when i asked to see what it looked like middle parted the stylist claimed she cut it middle parted but obviously that wasn’t the case because it was rather uneven i asked for my face framing to be even and she cut it even more unevenly regarding the layers it’s so choppy it’s pretty much unfixable unless i want awkward bangs which i do not the whole cut was rushed and my under-shave is also an inconsistent length even though it was shaved with a 1 my perfect line is also now messed up kinda sucks but whatever it’s just hair

The guy who cut my hair didn’t know what he was doing I asked for a low fade with a zero on the sides with I trim off the top left bald spots in the back and gave me a crew cut on top some lace came to try to fix it but couldn’t do much worst experience ever with them I’ve never complained before till now

Went in at 9:30 on a Saturday, no wait time. Anthony was great. He took his time with the haircut and I didn’t feel rushed. His communication was very professional.

Worst haircut experience! Don’t let Anthony anywhere near your hair. I asked for a simple fade with size 2 but he just kept on trimming till there was nothing else to trim. I specifically mentioned a medium length at the front and he said it doesn’t need a trim. It was so bad that the lady had to intervene to try and fix it but couldn’t do much. Now, I have no hairs on the side and back. The remaining hairs are so uneven that I will need to go for another place to get it fixed. I bet it’s his friends giving him fake 5 star reviews here. Thanks for ruining my day!
