Fantastic work from Samantha here, she was very kind, and very thorough with her work, even when i came in not having had my hair cut professionally in several months, she relayered and evened out my entire head of hair. Thanks Samantha, I'll definitely be coming back to this location.

I would to recognized Julianna from North Town Plaza in Albuquerque NM for being an awesome hairstylist! She is very nice and has positive vibe when you come in store. A person like is definitely an asset to any company and she definitely needs to rewarded for her awesome skills! Definitely be back!

There is a lady that constantly chews her gum who is very rude. The last haircut was terrible. Customer service not so good. Going back to the other location.

If your looking for a place where all the hair stylists are not only top notch, but hilarious and caring people, this is it! It's like visiting a family home full of family members with very strong personalities! I've been going here for 7 years and when I walk in they all welcome me personally. Great with kids, adults, and older folks. Make this place your local salon and join in for an enjoyable experience every time!

Tara is amazing. I have thick and poofy hair and she understood the assignment when I asked for texturizing and face framing layers. My hair isn’t looked so balanced in years!!

Went in to get my haircut done, and the person that was cutting my hair obviously didn't know what "short" means, on top of the fact that she had a Karen attitude, when being redirected on how to make it short enough. Think I might be taking my business somewhere else.

All of the ladies here do a wonderful job. My son and husband get cuts here on the regular. I definitely recommended coming to this location in Albuquerque!

I took my boyfriend here and staff was very friendly. They asked him questions to make sure he was happy with the style and any type of items he wanted corrected they did exactly that. The location was clean and there was not a long wait since we did just walk in. I will for sure be coming back to this location hopefully to get my hair done soon!!

The 3 stars is because of pricing, not the quality of the cut. On facebook and emails, they advertise $7.99 cuts, my senior cut was twice that much. Need to stop advertising that price if it doesn't exist.
