I always enjoyed coming here and getting my cuts with Cynthia. She really knew how to cut curly hair and was extremely knowledgeable but unfortuantely she's not there anymore. Instead I got someone else to cut my hair, I asked for blended layers but instead I got left with layers that did not blend and looked choppy, and my hair looked triangular in shape. I kept telling her that my layers were not blending but she insisted that they were. So left in tears and just tried to accept this horrible haircut. But then I decided to come back to see if someone else could blend my layers. Fortunately, David helped fix my layers and basically confirmed that the cut was off. Even after the fix I could tell that the overall cut does not flatter my curly hair at all. The layers were cut too short and in a way that just does not blend with my curly hair.It is the worst haircut I have ever gotten. My luck has ended I'll prob have to invest in seeing someone who specializes in cutting curly hair. One other thing I did not like was when she was shampooing my hair. She didn't even try to make it a good experience and when she was done she expected me to sit up super fast which was uncomfortable given that I am pregnant. 😭

I always go to this place and David always does my hair and does a great job. Well today he was busy and couldn’t get to me so I went with someone else she messed up my hair bad. I asked for a fade and she even asked “ is this how high you want it” I said yes she did the right side perfect, when she did the left side she started to talk to another employee and went way higher on the left side then she was supposed to. I know she knew she messed up and started to try and blend it in. Now I have to wear a hat for the next couple weeks. Never going with her again.

I am very long time customer of Great Clips. Have lived in and visited locations in many states. Today was the worst experience. My wife and I checked in online and then drove 20 minutes. We were first time visitors of this location. We were confused at check in when asked if we had been there before and they asked for our phone numbers. Basically they checked us in and we lost our online reservations. Finally my wife was called and then I was skipped and saw on the monitor another two were in front of me. Needless to say when my wife was finished we left. No manager presence was obvious.

Great job Tanasha! Good haircut, reasonably priced, and not a long wait. Currently $18 for any haircut, but $20 and up if they consider it a style.

I checked in online when inside waited a bit, The older lady who did my hair did a fantastic job. Very nice person friendly As she could be I absolutely love it. I think I found my new barber will definitely be recommending more people.

Swung by this Great Clips location because I recently moved to the area and got a coupon. I'm glad I did. After checking in online, I arrived to a fresh chair, and met David. He is a wonderful fellow, and cranked out a quick cut with no muss, no fuss ... and it was EXCELLENT. Despite a coupon, I paid full price as the tip, and look forward to seeing him again in a few weeks. Thanks for the great cut!

They messed up my hair, I asked for layers and I got choppy uneven chunks, I now need to go to another salon to get it fixed, teach your stylists how to cut hair!! 😑 Get your hair cut anyware else...

Great Cut & a Smile! Shoutout to Michelle for cutting my hair yesterday I absolutely Love it! She did exactly what I wanted, and she was so friendly and personable. Shop was slammed, one stylist called in and she didn’t rush with my haircut. She made me feel important! My haircuts usually cost $50 and it’s never exactly how I wanted it. Under $20 can’t be beat! It’s the holidays, money is tight give it a try !
