When I sat down in the chair the hairstylist mentioned that she wasn't supposed to work that day and seemed frustrated that she was asked to come in. I asked for the cut to be the same length below the shoulders. Instead she gave me layers and a face frame that are around my nose length.

I was in this store when Susan and her daughter were there. Ashley and M&M did a great job at customer service and tried very hard to accommodate her after explaining several times that the system prompted them that coupon had already been used. The woman Susan then started throwing a fit because she could only find one coupon. Her and her daughter came in together and she did say they were together under the same account and same phone number. I remember because The woman in Ashley's chair was excited to go to Disneyland. After Susan threw a loud fit in front of all of us in the store telling the Manager she didn't like her attitude then practically screaming at the ladies the Manager just gave her what she wanted . It's ashame that Susan was acting like a child who couldn't get her way. Shame on her for posting lies. I've always had a great experience and have been coming here for years. What's worse than a Karen? A Susan. Don't come back if you are going to embarrass yourself like that again Susan we are all there for a relaxing experience and you ruined that!

My daughter and I went to this location today. Ashley did a great cut on my daughter's hair but ruined the experience with her attitude. I had 2 coupons and they rang us up together before I even got the hair cut. They could only use one coupon per transaction. I asked her to fix it and she said that we came in together so she put it together. Did I ask for this? No. The manager tried to fix it and voided the coupon. It wasn't usable then. They weren't going to fix it and I explained that they were at fault. I told them I would not return. They finally fixed it but with much passive aggressive behavior. And the hair cut I got from the manager...well. She cut it for free, but I got what I paid for. Not sure if it will work out. Sad I lost my hair cut place. Shame customer service is something we have to ask for now.

When I arrived I was first on the list from online check in. The website also said I was first in line and I got passed up twice so I walked out, one of the women said I was next as I was leaving. Great clips has always followed the list which is why I used to come here.

I just wanna say with all this negativity about this Great Clips hair style place. I had a great experience, staff was nice, the cleanliness, I had been coming here for years now, my brother comes here too. Never did I had any issues, I’m Native American, but they did not look at me any different. I just wanted to tell the staff Excellent Customer Service. Keep Up The Good Work! And Thank You 🙏

Asked for a trim and got a minimum, at best, trim. I was charged for a full haircut, even though I'm bald and the trim was inadequate.

Been coming here, and been tipping great. Will not come again....!This facility has cut my and my children's hair before. this time around with a staff of four, apparently not one of them know how to cut my oldest sons hair when they have done it before......! I Do not recommend this place due to the staffs knowledge or discrimination that occurs here!

The location is clean and hairstylists were nice. The two things that result in my 2 stars, were my hairstylists had no idea how to style my hair after cutting it. She literally shrugged her shoulders when I asked if she could style it. The other issue was that the hairstylist that cut my spouses hair did not clean her equipment after her prior customer. My spouse said they could see the previous customers hair all over the clippers.

This was my favorite GC as long as Mary Margaret cut my hair. It appears she no longer works there, the employee's lie about when she work's, assumption is no longer employed there. Not a place to go to for honesty or a harcut. Need a new stylist before going back out on the road.
