If we could give them zero stars today we would. My S.O. went in to get his usual haircut. He's been going there since we've moved here. We'll today's cut was the worst. He came home bleeding on the back of his neck and his skin was incredibly inflamed. He said his neck felt like it was on fire. According to him, she was saying "how pissed off I am at the younger generation. You're almost done, the younger generation is done." Then complaining about her license expiring, the process it takes, and how that pissed her off. She kept on and on about politics, WHILE HE'S GETTING A HAIRCUT!!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL even for a $10 haircut. She was older lady that was BEYOND pissy about her station in life. She needs to find a different place to work if she's going to injure customers because life didn't go her way apparently. You can't take your frustration on life out on the customer, physically. He did get his money back but damn, none of it should've happened. Pic is after he showered and cleaned up.

Mindy and Rafael are both amazing. I highly recommend trying to get a haircut from either of them. It's well worth the extra drive if this isn't the closest location to you.

We have been coming here for years!! Both my children got their first cuts here, Mindy and Rafael are awesome (5 stars for them). Today I went in to get a haircut for my kids, my younger son ran outside and I ran out after him, my older son stayed inside to get seated for his cut. I came back in and the center of his head was shaved, Tanya said it was what my (6 year old) son told her to do. I started crying and we left, we had to shave his head at home and he cried. I am still in disbelief and felt the need to leave a review, stick with the stylists who take time to care and don’t rush. I’ve never seen someone start a haircut from the center of the head.

Waited 40mins, as per the app, then came exactly on time but the lady there wanted to put me at the bottom of the list to wait another hour.. pretty dumb and wasted important time

Great clips, more likenever gonna come back here again clipz. Worst hair coot of me life. I have been going for a few years and keep regretting it every time. Bad hair cuts. Whatever you do do not go here unless you want to wear a hat for the next year of your life. This place has genuinely made me feel worse about myself and about great clips because this salon is the bane of my existence. If you want a cheap extreamly low quality haircut then sure go to great scams.however if you want to look good then literally go to any other place Lets shut this place down!

Checked in online with no problems. It was a bit busy but we didn't have to wait long. The woman that called me back actually admitted that she didn't know how to do part of what I wanted so she put me with another stylist right away that could. I never got her name but she has black and blond hair. She did an amazing job! We had a lot to talk about, she was super friendly and professional. I'll definitely be going back to see her from now on!

Worst haircut I’ve gotten in awhile. I should’ve figured there was a reason 3 people were waiting for one person and no one was in line for the other. Not returning here. Need to have someone fix what happened here. I feel sorry for the person who cut my hair but she needs more training. UPDATE: the next day the barber Raphael took me in and spent a lot of time and effort fixing the poor haircut. He did a great job. There was no charge since I was charged the day before for a bad haircut but I tipped him well considering how much time he spent with me. I definitely recommend him!
