I have honestly never gotten good haircuts in Albuquerque until I came here out of desperation and Teressa cut my hair. Now I only come back here and request her. I like just a normal haircut not too short and no lines. She does it perfect and they save it so each time she remembers. She also listens and is super nice and quick.

The stylist was mean. He cut my neck with clippers and pulled my hair *really* hard. I'm no tender head, this was awful and my neck hurts.

Last Tuesday, the 11th. I was referred to see Cj at this Great Clips location. When I walked in the salon. I saw an old lady with short hair being homophobic and rude to Cj about the person she’s with and said that it’s not right and it’s not what she believes in. I was shocked, uncomfortable and disrespected as a first time customer. I will not be returning until something is done about this.

CJ does an amazing job. I wanted my hair cut shorter. She took 4 in off. It looks and feels fantastic. She helped me feel more confident about my curly hair. Highly recommend asking for CJ. Thank you!

Dana really listened to me while I described what I wanted. All the workers usually do a lovely job and take their time with me. I'm happy they can recommend me different hair products to achieve the styling goals I like as well!

I asked to have some layers put in my hair. The stylist spent less than 10 min chopping at some random strands here and there, then asked me "how is that?" I asked if she could dust the the end and I was denied. She didn't brush or dry my hair so I couldn't see what was done and she sent me on my way with wet tips. After coming home and seeing my hair after it dried, it's absolutely awful. There are some shorter pieces on the outer layers of my hair but 90% of the ends weren't even touched.

I love my hair. Shay has been cutting it for about a year and I couldn't be happier. Not only does he make me look great, he's fun to talk to. And he listens to what you want. Highly recommended.

I signed in online and went in and no one was in there. My name was on the board and the woman started to process my haircut when someone came in behind me and shouted out that their name was on the board. The woman proceeded to take them in front of me even though I was very clearly there first. The woman seemed very slow and didn't seem to understand what was going on. I'm glad that she was rude because I'm sure she doesn't give good haircuts and I will not be returning to this location.

I can't risk getting another bad haircut from Great Clips. It makes me nervous. It's to inconsistent. I think locally owned barber stores are more reliable. Farewell "Great Clips"

Had my hair done here on Saturday by Belen and she was absolutely phenomenal! She helped me so much with my hair and helped me so much with my confidence. Went here to get my hair cut on 4-27-20024 as I always do called my usual barber lady Dana. She stated that she wasn't working at this location. I stated ok so she told me that Sophia was working this location today. I called that location talked to Sophia & told her I would come to get hair cut. I proceeded to check in through the great clips app. App specifically stated that I was next in line. Some guy walked in after me & went straight to Sophia's chair 🪑 I was told to wait for next opening 🫣 I stated I was first up to get chair that dude just got. But to no avail was ignored. I walked out this joint & didn't receive hair cut at this location. This place enacts favoritism to certain customers and this shouldn't happen. Update: I am adding another star, total will be 3 ⭐⭐⭐ because of how Dana does her job great with good haircuts & how she make sure customers are checked in orderly. Big ups to Dana 🤗
