Got to say I’ve had some bad haircuts but this got to be up there with the worst. Came in and was met with a staff that was rushing and rude. Don’t recall her name but I wish I did now so I could drop it, but never the less whole experience was upsetting. Total time it took her to style my hair was 12-15 minutes … like no joke. All I wanted done was a trim and tightening on the sides and all I got was weed waker job of a hair cut. I believe the two black ladies that were their that day need to find a new occupation if they aren’t going to take their time and give good quality customer service.

Consider going to a different Great Clips if you haven’t been here before. The reason why some reviews are very good, and some are very bad is partly because they seem selective with whose hair they want to cut, and one lady seems ok and another is a very bad hairdresser who tried to hide her poor skills by styling my hair with gel even though I said I didn’t want it. About selectiveness, for some reason, it seems like they treat different people differently. They are super friendly with some people, and kinda ignore others. I don’t know how they size up people to ignore or welcome. If you happen to be someone they are less interested in, I think you’ll get less care with your hair. If they are interested, they will be so chatty and friendly. I’m a Great Clips regular who gets along very well with the Great Clips near my home. I came to this one because I was running errands nearby. I’m never coming back here again, and if you haven’t been here, you probably shouldn’t either. It’s not worth it.

I've tried 3 different fancy salons in Atlanta and not found anyone who can cut my wavy/curly hair. Came to Rita to rescue my hair after my last bad cut and she did a fantastic job. I've now had two cuts from her and could not be happier. Thanks Rita!! Update: just got my third or fourth haircut from rita and once again she did a stellar job. Rita does not miss!! 🔥

Asked for a low skin fade and left with a high and tight. Maybe she didn’t hear me but this sucks. Came here for the high reviews but I’m disappointed.

Contrary to many reviews, my experience wasn't bad. They're good, receptive and fast. However, the haircut wasn't close to what I asked for.

The man who works here always gives me a less than stellar cut. I felt bad to ask to wait for the next stylist so I went ahead. I asked for an inch to be cut off and he cut closer to two. This is maybe my 4th haircut from this stylist and I’m just so disappointed. I’ve had much better experiences here but they all cut slightly different even though I ask for the same thing every time.

I want to commend Denita..She not only does a top notch job with cutting and styling my hair( like I always prefer), but always provides the most cordial and outgoing customer service. Denita's awesome way of interacting with customers cannot be taught. She always makes me feel like a valued customer and represents Great Clips with a wonderfully positive and professional demeanor.

It’s my first time I took my son here and I was super disappointed, the service is unprofessional, and the hair cut was uneven. When I asked if she could fix it she was very annoyed so she sent someone else to help us.

this is the WORST place i have ever been to. the lady was nice but oh my god this is the worst haircut i have ever gotten in my life. i asked my curtain bangs and got bangs ABOVE MY EYEBROWS. i start school soon and this was the worst possible thing that could’ve happened. do. not. go. here. this is the one piece of advice i give to you and if you do not listen you are digging your own grave. i have to pay now to get extensions because i have never gotten such a terrible haircut in my life. i want to give ZERO stars. do not go here.

I'm really confused because all of the recent reviews for this place are so positive. I was super stoked to come here with my husband to get a haircut, but we were met with very unkind service. I did not even have a chance to finish telling my stylist how I wanted my hair cut and she was already cutting pieces off. Not surprisingly, she misunderstood what I wanted and gave me the wrong haircut. After I re-explained what I wanted, she seemed super annoyed and insisted that that wasn't what I had asked for. She very hastily cut it closer to what I was asking for and continued to insist that it was my fault that my instructions were misunderstood. In the end my haircut was decent, but definitely rushed. My husband's haircut actually looks great, but the stylist was in a hurry and cut up the back of his neck pretty badly. Overall, the haircuts were decent but the service was less than kind. We both got the impression that it was an inconvenience to cut our hair, and they were in a huge hurry to be done even though there was not a single other customer waiting. I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the worst experience at this hair salon today. Never in my life have I been treated so badly as a customer. I went in with my daughter to have a special day. My daughter had not done a good job with combing her job thourougly (like any kid!). Rita started out by telling me she was not going to comb it and that I needed to comb it myself before she could cut. I asked for a shampoo and cut, after shampooing my daughter's hair, she said she would comb it herself after all. She then proceeded to brush with a fine comb so abruptly that I could see she was hurting my daughter. I asked her to stop and told her that she was hurting her, she then proceeded to put my daughter on the spot and ask her if she was hurting her. I have never seen such disregard for customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me she was the manager. I hope the owner of this place sees this review and remediates to this.

Had a great walk-in haircut from Cindy today - I showed her a picture of how my hair looked before it had grown out, and she got me right back where I wanted to be, even though it's a lot thinner than it was when I was younger. Very happy i stopped in!
