Terrible experience. I've gone to Great Clips my entire life, but the past couple of years have been an unpleasant experience. The lady who cut my hair today said she teaches cosmetology at Chattahoochee Tech, but she cut my hair noticeably uneven, cut me with the clippers, neglected to trim my neck, and cut the top of my hair to a different side than I walked in with it on. She cut my hair and then asked me how I wanted it, made a verbal acknowledgement of the mistake, and then asked me if I even wanted to see the back of my hair with the mirror, like she didn't want to show me. To add to the list, I was the only person in the store! I paid $20 for a terrible hair cut. I'm definitely going a company that has qualified people from now on.

I have been using this Great Clips location for more than a year. While I am sure that all of the staff are competent, I want to say that Tracey is a super star. Tracey understands that I don't want a buzz cut number 4. Because I work in Video/Film industry, I need a haircut that doesn't look like I just had a haircut. Tracey knows how to execute that request.

Every time my husband gets his hair cut at the Great Clips on Collier, he looks great! And the price point is great! strongly recommend Verna for your next haircut.

I love here! It’s definitely worth my money! Cherisie is really an expert in haircut, she knows how to do good hairstyle and had me really nice haircut! She gave some advice on how to take care of my hair, really appreciated!

Anytime I visit this Great Clips location, the staff has been friendly. I have to shout out Verna, especially. She is amazing! Not only is she welcoming and friendly but she makes sure your requests are fulfilled!

Good haircut and nice conversation at great clips. I am a cost conscious person and feel I get good value. Been going to great clips for about 7 years and it is convenient since the app helps me check in, I can go to any great clips, and they remember by preferences.

Went in for "chop" came out choppy... Asked for layered shoulder length... Definitely not what I got. Waiting a few weeks to grow out then try somewhere else. Did love the price though.

i hardly ever leave reviews much less a negative one but this was truly the worst haircut experience i’ve ever had. unfortunately i didn’t get the employee’s name, but i explained very clearly and with a reference picture what i wanted my bangs to look like and he went straight into it without even sectioning or dampening my hair or ANY follow up questions. he chopped them to half the length, VERY UNEVENLY and when i asked him to blend it a little more he remarked “you said you wanted it this length” (it was nowhere near what i asked for) and laughed at me as if it were my fault he was incompetent at his job. terrible service i burst into tears as soon as i left and i wish i hadn’t paid.

I've been coming to this location for years and I've seen it go downhill slowly. Every time I give it one more chance, but no more. It's like being put through a conveyer belt with a one size fits all hair cut leaving me with the most uneven cut. The stylists have no personality and always seem to be in a mood. I'm better off spending $200 on a haircut where stylists actually take time and care. I guess you get what you pay for.
