I’ve been getting my haircuts at Great Clips on Avery Ranch for over a year now, and they have been nothing short of amazing! The team here is always professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. Giving 1 star since there is no negative rating, unhappy with the service. Hair cut is uneven. This is the case most of the times but this time was the worst. Except "BRIANNA" others are not that good. Also they ask tip for this poor service.

Would rate 0 star if I could went here to get a haircut for a family trip when I got there everything was fairly normal I checked in waited then Chad called me up well during this hair cut Chad ended up giving me a BALD spot on the back of my head and proceeded to not inform of this mistake it wasn’t until my wife got home to inform of this mistake

One of the worst attitude Hair solutionist and manager sees and can't do anything, these people doesn't know how to manage kids and do hair cut, I went for my kids first Hair cut and i choose the worst place to do it, Please don't take ur Kids to Great Clips Avery ranch Branch staff and Manger is good for nothing.

The staff at this location are so professional! They do amazing fades and always so consistent! The remodeling to the store is fantastic, The management is fantastic from the district manager all the way to the assistant manager all the way to the staff.
