Do not go there! The worse haircut ever. The right side shorten than left. I’m about to cry! As to fix it I should cut hair short….I have whole on the back of my hair as it was chopped. No one apologized, no refund. I was offered to cut it a bit to blend this mess! Avoid this place!

My hair looked like Dutch boy. Like my little sister at 8 cut my hair better. Worst haircut in my life. Just chopped it. He could not even finish it. Asked another stylist to do face frame did not know how. She tried to fix it. The manager should fire him.

When I walked in the stylists were sitting on the customer waiting chairs on their phones. When they saw me, one of the sitting stylists got up and just said to the other stylist “I’ll take it”. Once I actually got in the chair, the stylist began to cut with what seemed like no rhyme or reason. From the beginning I could already tell that this haircut was not going to be a good experience but wanted to give the stylist the benefit of the doubt. It was very clear to see that she did not care how she was cutting my hair and almost even seemed like she was rushing to get it over with. The techniques and speed she used were some that I’d never had another stylist do and the end result was NOT good. While I was still in the salon, I couldn’t really tell but once I got home I immediately knew that id be wearing a hat for the next couple of weeks. I’ve only been to this location twice and both times their stylists have shown a general disregard to the work they’re doing and almost seem annoyed that they have to cut your hair. Do yourself a HUGE favor and avoid this location.

Girl cutting my hair literally had no idea what she was doing. Super slow taking a full 10 seconds between each scissor cut. Someone else had to come by and try and fix it up after she was done, but my hair was butchered. Other great clips I've been too have all been fine, this one just somehow is way way lower quality, would avoid

I had an amazing experience at Great Clips thanks to Ab! From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and made me feel welcome. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he was also professional throughout the entire process. His attention to detail and skill really stood out—this is honestly one of the best haircuts I’ve ever received at Great Clips. I also noticed how he greeted other customers as they came in, creating a great atmosphere for everyone.

Went to this location after I got off work and this guy working there cut my hair in about 3 minutes and clearly didn’t not have a care in the world. Asked for all scissors and he took maybe 9 cuts total. Zero effort. No wonder it’s empty. AVOID AT ALL COST

Highly disappointed. I showed the stylist a clear video of exactly how I wanted my hair, but what I ended up with was a far cry from what I asked for. She did not even attempt to fix it. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who actually cares about how their hair turns out. Avoid this salon if you want to save yourself the disappointment!

I recently got a haircut at great clips and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The barber over trimmed my side locks, leaving them patchy and I hope they can improve their attention to detail in the future.

Went to the Hancock center location. around 1 pm today and requested a trim for my pixie haircut. I even asked the barber if he knew what a Pixie haircut is and he confirmed he did. Instead he butchered my hair and cut it way shorter!!! On top of that, he had me facing away from the mirror when working on my hair so i had no idea what he was doing. His apology doesn't help because I'm currently on chemo, therefore my hair takes way longer to grow back and I'm a 65 year old lady and I was given a haircut that would fit a teenager!!! Very disappointed with the service! To Great Clips (owner), Details and location were already mentioned in my original review!

I go here pretty often and they usually do a decent job. I have a pretty simple haircut so usually goes fine. Today got a terrible haircut, asked for changes but the barber didn't really attempt to fix them, he left me with a huge mullet on the back. Guess it's a roll of the dice

I love this GC! I’ve been coming to this location for about 2 years now, Tammy and Aaron are great! And I don’t come in for just a plain ol buzz cut, I give them direction on what I want and they execute it perfectly every time!

Bad service but good cut. The woman who directed me in was very rude and told me that I should’ve signed in online. I apologized and went ahead of everyone else as no else was literally there. She cut my hair great, mentioning the extra fees that I’d need to get for certain things. She was very cheerful when I paid lol. On the way out, I overheard her talking about how annoyed she was with customers that do walk-in appointments and how ridiculous it is that people can walking into a greatclips asking for help. This has been the standard model for greatclips that I’ve known for a long time at other locations. Maybe times have changed. Will definitely not be coming back. Go somewhere else if you can for friendly service.
