I’m sad I have to give one star. The women that work here are phenomenal, but the one star is for the hair cut I got from Howard. He’s got no clue what he is doing and it looked like he was just winging it. Wasn’t measuring the length, barely used any water, and cut it way too short. I could tell it was going to be a bad cut. I could go on, but I’ll leave it at that.

I dont know which trimmer they used but i got cuts on the back of my neck after the hair cut. The started itching the other morning and i saw a lot of small cuts at the back of my neck

save your money and your time. most unprofessional experience i have had, period. came in for a trim and was left with choppy, uneven hair that took longer than usual to cut. my stylist was dropping tools, texting during the session, and did not offer me a mirror to check the back. not to mention, they known they done me wrong because i was nearly charged for only a neck trim, i’m the clown for not accepting it.

Great place for a haircut and a very professional people working in here, specially Howard is a full package of customer service. A lady treated him very poorly for something that wasn’t even his fault but this young man kept the situation very professional and was very polite to the customer and treated her with a smile on his face. This place needs to keep this guy.

Do NOT go to Howard. I have never seen anyone speed through a haircut so quickly. He had an attitude too. Did not use a spray bottle at all and was cutting aggressively. He did NOT ask how I wanted the back, he did NOT give me a mirror, He did NOT even ask how it looks. He yanked the cover off me and tried to rush to the cashier! I had to tell him we are not done yet. Probably one of the worst experiences I had.. He was legit angry..

They don't know how to use scissors. He just used trimmer for the top of the head and removed all my hair. And Who actually trims the back of the head in semicircle. Worst experience ever

Walked in and there were only two people in the salon. The person in front of me the person that was actually getting their haircut at the time. With four people on the online check-in board. I sat there for 45 minutes watching people show up late for their appointment and get their haircut before me because of the online check-in. I think this is a pretty poor way to treat the customers that actually come in and are on time

I normally go to the hipster spots. My friends own a couple of really popular spots (in another city). But this is actually my second time coming to this great clips. The first time, I was merely in a rush and decided I was gonna go to wherever was closest. My hair cuts both times have been nothing short of spectacular. Cynthia was my stylist. Hope I spelled her name correctly. For a definitely recommend for a quick fade.

Barber was rude to me 3 times before even starting the haircut. So I took the bib off and walked out. I understand having a bad day, but the vibe was extremely off. Went back to supercuts and won’t be back here.

My hair stylist today was named Cynthia and she killed it. An average hair cut (1 all away around) but I asked for a beard trim and she blew it out of the water. It looks so good and even, she even asked to trimmed up my eyebrows. I said why not right.. best experience hands down at this location. Ask for Cynthia, she’ll get you right.

The stylist messed up the hair line to my son’s hair now he walks around for 2 weeks with a patch on his head I don’t think she even knows what she’s doing! I’m most cases you’d think they offer to fix the problem she didn’t. Never again… NEXT!

Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience at Great Clips I recently visited Great Clips and had an extremely unpleasant experience. The hair stylist who attended to me was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Not only did he seem disinterested in listening to my preferences, but he also lacked the basic skills required for a proper haircut. It was clear he didn't know what he was doing. Despite my attempts to explain how I wanted my hair cut, he completely ignored my instructions and proceeded in a manner that was both careless and rushed. The end result was a disaster. My hair was uneven, poorly styled, and nothing like what I had asked for. I left the salon feeling frustrated and upset. This was by far the worst haircut experience I've ever had. I would not recommend this Great Clips location to anyone. The lack of professionalism and basic hair-cutting skills is unacceptable. I hope they take customer feedback seriously and work towards improving their service.

Cynthia had us check in online and told us it was a 60 min wait. We checked in and waited 40 minutes. After coming back in, Cynthia took a walk in customer with no appointment, not even registered on the cue before us after we had been waiting 40 minutes. Talk about unprofessional and absolutely horrible customer service! We left and did not get a haircut here.

I usually have a great experience here, but today a new stylist decided to use thinning shears on my hair that is naturally thick, and now all the body is gone. I was told that I would look like Dora if I didn't do this, which hasn't been true in the past. Truly just awful. I wish I had said something in the moment, but I was in shock as this woman took thinning shears to my hair like a weed whacker. DO NOT LET THE STYLISTS USE THINNING SHEARS ON YOUR HAIR! Especially ethnic hair (I'm Hispanic with thick hair).I will not be coming back to this salon. This is going to take at least 6 months to recover from 😪.
