Great place to get a cost effective haircut. There are differences from salon to salon but like anything else find a stylist and stick with him/her.

You want a tip? don't insult my hair multiple times while im there. She didn't even clean hair off of me as it fell while she cut it, & constantly gave me dirty looks in the mirror. you know I can see you right? Last stylist I had there was great, request her only. I wish I knew her name, she's very tall and the only black employee that I saw

Terrible customer service, are you that annoyed that I showed up and asked if you had time? For the record I showed up an hour before closing.They reluctantly added me to waitlist and repeatedly answered rudely or flat out rolled their eyes if I asked a questions

I went in last Friday and had the fortunate experience of having my hair cut by Aja. Probably one of the best haircuts I've ever had. Will definitely be requesting her on my next visit.

This location is soo short staffed!!!! It doesn’t make since to wait 1.30 hours to get a haircut !!!!!

The haircut wasn't bad but the guy doing it low-key had an attitude. I was like whatever, and used a coupon so I was able to give him an extra big tip--you know, do a service worker a good turn. The kid didn't even say thank you. Hope he uses that money wisely because it's the last dollar he's getting out of me.

Avoid this place like the plague! I will never go to this place for my kids' haircut again! I advise other parents with young children to do the same. I have been going here for a few years and never had an issue till yesterday. The worst experience of my life as a parent. I took my 5 year old son to get a haircut who was nervous about getting his haircut. When he gets his haircut I stand near him to comfort him so he doesn't move and makes the stylist job easier. Well yesterday I was rudely told by a lady named Jessica who claims she was the regional manager and I need to sit in the lobby while my son gets a haircut. I told her calmly I did not feel comfortable with that neither does my son. She then proceeded to get louder and demand I stand in the lobby. I told her I have been here many times before and I have always stood by my son to comfort him. Since when has this been a rule? She told me it has always been like that for years. First of all I know that was a lie. But to be non confrontational I stepped in the lobby. At this point my son was already getting his haircut otherwise I would have taken him out of the chair and left. I told her this is very poor customer service and there is no need to speak to me like that and this will be my last time here. She said that is fine with her. Now my son's hair is cut, they ask me how it looks but I tell her how can I see if i am all the way int the lobby. She rolled her eyes. I said whatever that is fine I just was ready to leave. I began to pay and asked her for her name. She told me Jessica and that is all I need to know and you need to pay and leave now. I was in shock that someone would be disrespecting me like this in front of my son, other customers, and employees. I looked at her and she aggressively told me what am I looking at that I need to pay and leave. I said ok I am. I told her this is the worst customer services I have ever experienced and she laughed. I asked what is your issue? She said i only have issues with "PEOPLE LIKE YOU" and laughed. I was shocked at her response. I asked what do you mean "PEOPLE LIKE ME"? She told me to leave. So we did. People like me as if she had an issue with my skin color or ethnicity. How dare someone disrespect me in front of my child with racial remarks . Unacceptable and there is no room for people like this working with the public. Jessica needs to be fired or be better trained in customer service. I would give zero stars but one is the lowest I can give!

Extremely bad experience in great clips. Found the barber rude and difficult to work with. She refused to communicate properly about my preferences and deliberately did not do what i asked. Never experienced this previously for any haircut sessions. Didn't want to bother, but i won't be returning to this place.

Update - Axyl was great, knew what he was doing. My next go to hair stylist. Travis was great. He understood what i wanted and haircut was good. I visited again and this time it was a lady, she was not good. I think she just wanted to call it a day, go home.

Ask for Cheryl! Super patient, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Talked with me the entire time to make sure I got the perfect haircut and was happy to make small adjustments after until it was perfect. Great experience.

One of the stylists gave me such a hack job with my bangs that I now have micro bangs and I can’t even look at myself in the mirror. I had to buy a pair of fake bangs just to even be able to go outside, don’t come here go to an actual barber.

I took my son here (who is 17 months) and the last time they were so good with him and friendly. Today, they called the manager on us cause he was crying. The lady next to us kept looking at us with a glare which made me super uncomfortable and told us we’re being kicked out. She even started getting hostile with my mom who was helping me with my son. They really need a sign that says no kids allowed. Will be telling my friends and family about what happened and warning people not to come here. The man (Alic I believe his name is), is super nice and I appreciate his work with my son.
