Terrible Experience at Great Clips I had the worst experience at this Great Clips location with a stylist named Tina (as she told me). From the moment I sat down, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. She seemed completely uninterested in cutting my hair and even suggested I try other Great Clips locations instead of coming here. Throughout the haircut, she used the trimmer so roughly that I had to ask her to be more gentle. I even asked if I had done something to offend her to deserve such behavior. She finished my haircut in just 5 minutes, showing no care or effort, and then charged me $21. When I mentioned I had an offer code, her attitude worsened. She rudely told me I should have informed her earlier because applying the code would "take a lot of time" — it literally took 10 seconds! This was by far the worst salon experience I've ever had. I won’t be returning to this or any other Great Clips location in the future. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. And just look at the picture what she has done to my hair😔

This place deserves, not even a corner of a star. The services and staff is super rude and embarrassing to other patrons. The staff is very disrespectful, and not very knowledgeable and very demeaning and inconsiderate

I just hair cut at great clip. One Vietnamese man service very bad cut my hairs. He use tools cut my neck too hurt and bleed . He doesn’t good for hair cuts for me. He worked their 7 years with no experience with customer. He doesn’t want customers cut there. I want to post. For everyone be carefully him. This is the first time I come there cut. I want manager work with him. No good service customer. No more come back.👎🏿. He cut very fast only 5 minutes. He does not check how does he cut. It’s not a lot of customers waiting for him. I paid him $30 badic hair cut. $30.👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿. It’s terrible for today.

Come here if you want to pay to finish your haircut at home. It amazes me how someone can mess up a fade and leave chunks of hair while looking like a staircase. The lady who cut my hair felt like she was doing it in stabbing motions instead of going up, you know like clippers are designed to. The guy that tended to my son left half of the sideburns and long chunks everywhere. Again I asked for simple fades. Left looking like we got our haircut by hobos with rusty garage scissors. Don't respond with your bs customer service email that will only say "sorry, here's $5 off your next visit." Wouldn't even bring my dog here.

Went in for my first haircut at this Place when this rude woman with long black hair asked me if I was registered when I said No, then she asked my phone number and I refuse to give it to her So she put me down as unknown. She immediately turned around and walked away . I don’t do business with rude people and won’t go back. I sat for a few minutes and walked out.

I went to Great Clips Austin this afternoon and had the one the worst haircut experiences. The lady assigned to me was so disinterested and unprofessional. I knew what I wanted and showed her a lot of pictures for reference but she didn't do anything close to that. She just trimmed off the bulk of my hair so rapidly and carelessly, and I ended up with uneven left and right side fades. The whole process was done in less than 10 minutes, she didn't have any patience to listen to my feedback. She didn't even introduce herself or tell me her name. Not going back again.

The worst haircut. I had Arlette trim my hair - I asked for 1/4 of an inch off (just to freshen up the ends) and she took about 2 inches off and it is crooked!!!! One side is longer than the other. I shouldn't have paid or tipped her. I will never be coming back.

I went to Great Clips this evening and had a terrible experience! The lady who was cutting my hair was completely unprofessional and butchered my hair. She was cutting hair like she was doing it for free - with no care or attention to detail whatsoever! I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone else . I can’t even give it one star . It’s really that bad .
