Got a haircut from Sayana Quinne Glasse at Great Clips, and she absolutely nailed it. She really took the time to understand what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. Super chill and easy to talk to, which made the whole experience even better. Definitely one of the best cuts I’ve had—highly recommend her!

I made on online reservation ,ready in 15 minutes it said, I live 2 minutes away, only to wait 40 minutes. Then to be told Ughhh I can't cut your hair. I'm a man with longish hair. This cutter could only do razer cuts, so they ask me to wait another hour. There's a better barber at Slaughter and Manchaca by the Thundercloud. John Guerrero gave me the best cut!

Shawn at Tanglewood is wonderful. The first time he cut my hair he made suggestions which I really liked and worked out well. My hair looked great. He also cut my granddaughter bangs since the person who cut her hair didn't bother to cut them.

I would like to thank you Shawn.. i’ve been taking my grandkids at the slaughter location, this was the last-minute needed to go out of town couldn’t get a hold of my stylist of course ..it’s Sunday, so I said what the hell let’s try it, I have to tell you very pleased amazing job 👍🏼Mr. Shawn. He was absolutely amazing, I will be seeing Sean again thank you💇🏻‍♀️💇🏻‍♀️

I've had two back-to-back great experiences at this Great Clips location. The online check-in works exactly as expected. Friendly greeting. And the hair stylists that helped me, Shawn and Matty, are friendly and very good at their craft! Will definitely be back!

Shawn was great! Fast, listened to my child’s wants and needs. ( my son was nervous about the hair cut because he’s been growing it out for a different cut.) We will definitely be back. Thanks Shawn you are awesome!

I got my hair cut before the holidays last minute and I finally decided to get bangs. I got the absolute pleasure of being sat in Casey’s chair. She took the time to ask questions about what I was wanting and with the reference photo I had, she gave me the best hair cut I’ve had in my life. I actually called all the great clips near me to find her again for my next cut because I lose the location she was at.

Twice now I've received the best haircut and conversation from Diana. I can be very demanding and picky when it comes to my hair but she always makes it perfect. Way to go, Great Clips!!!!!

I just walked in and Shawn was THE Man. I told him " Do whatever you want. I need a new look. All I asked was bangs and out of my face. He did and incredible job. I absolutely love it. Thank you Shawn. I'll be back

Every time I walk in here it is 2 people working and 3 on lunch. I’ll be 3rd in line from online but nobody here. Wait 30 minutes for someone to free up and then one person will walk in adding 20+ each time. They need to regulate the app or do something different with the stylists. If I ever wait to be first like I’m supposed to I’ll get dropped from the list before making it in to the shop. Terribly annoying every time. Won’t go back to this one.

Hair cuts are hit or miss, their prices went up from last time. I went this past weekend and the woman cutting my hair never had me face the mirror until it was for me to check how she cut the back which I did admit she did well shaping the back [the only part that i liked] but that was the only thing, the whole time she had me angled to where I was facing everyone else getting their haircut while everyone else was facing the mirrors with their stylist. Which is frustrating because I cant see my hair and if its being cut properly, and got shown it quickly then was ready for me to leave. Then when I left and tried to style it at home cuz it looked messy and choppy thought it was cuz I didn't ask for gel and she didnt even brush it or anything but no, it was cuz the top was very meh-ly done when she barely cut any of it anyways. Each time I go for the same exact cut and get completely different results each time. They were fast and convenient but the haircuts are hit or miss, it will be either decent or mediocre. I have been here multiple times since it's nearby but I'd rather go to Supercuts or anywhere that's a bit farther to get consistant quality cut.

I like this place a lot. I was avoiding chain barbers for a while but this one opened up near me so I gave it a shot. I've had my hair cut by 3-4 different people over the past few months. All of them were cool and nice, and all of them made my hair look great. Planning to keep coming back.

I went to a haircut for my children and the first stylist who treated us very kindly told us that the price was $18 for child, when we paid, another lady in a purple sweater charged us $21 and when I asked her why, she said that child is 10 years old or less, I was not convinced by her explanation, also was very rude and despotic. We were frequent customers, but we will definitely not go again

My first time at Great Clips. Analisa gave me the best haircut I have ever had. She styled my hair exactly how I wanted. She is a great hair stylist. I will definitely return in the future.

We visited this location for the first time today. The stylist were so sweet and understanding when it came to my 4yr old son that has a really hard time with haircuts due to his sensory issues. Literally all the ladies there were so supportive and kind. Both my boys got their haircut and both stylist did a great job! I totally recommend them!!

Worst haircut I’ve ever had. I think the only other one I’ve had that was worse was at the great clips near Congress and slaughter. The woman was very standoffish as well. I’m not one to complain unless it’s very bad.

Worst haircut of my life I literally want to cry. I have shorter hair and came in for a trim and the stylist messed it up so bad I will not be going back I am devastated and hope my hair grows back quickly. Please don’t go to this place .I’m traumatized and the solution is was not going to charge me because is was a bad hair cut , horrible experience ever.
