I told my elderly parents to go to this place. When my parents got there, the lady that did my mom‘s hair was so rude unprofessional and she kept pulling my hair with her comb. When my mom try to defend herself, she just kept ignoring my mom. I will definitely not recommend this place since they don’t even know how to cut hair. My mom hair is not what she wanted at the end. My mom is so nice. She tried to give her tip. She didn’t even wanna take the tip. I think that’s very rude and unprofessional. Please do not go to this place .

Puja, the hairstylist, did an amazing job cutting my hair exactly how I wanted. I highly recommend her, as she delivers great results every single time!

They closed 10 minutes before their time and had locked the door by 6:51 pm where as they close by 7pm.

They’re great. I can see the wait time on the website, get in line before i leave the house and then arrive as my number comes up and never wait more than a minute or two.

Asked for a simple “1 inch off scissors only” didn’t use scissors only and took about 3 inches off. Worst haircut I’ve ever had and I do not demand a lot during my haircuts literally Just trims and I can’t even get that done right

Kim & Christie over there, the 2 of few hairstylists at Great Clips Tech Ridge, worked hard to ensure my haircut is just the way I'd like it each and every time. They're also very courteous and respectful with their work and haircut.

Rude and racist. Christy roughly combed my hair and complained the entire time while cutting it that people with my kind of hair is difficult….mind you my hair was flat ironed straight. I don’t recommend this place.

Worst costumer service ever never thought a so called manager would talk back to their costumers and say their wrong and their right that’s unprofessional behavior I recommend who ever reads this find a different place to get your hair done

I shaved my hair here, the employees are polite, the interior is clean and more affordable than other places, the price-performance ratio is good but don't expect wonders, having a mobile application is also a plus.

I don't understand why the hair I wanted was called impossible. Looked like a normal haircut to me. Is it that hard to get a barber to give a bald fade? Then the lady said the hair on top of my head was too short to do that. Uh, no. It wasn't short, it was just laying flat. Didn't look that carefully before that statement. I don't look too bad, but I don't look like what I asked for. I give a second star (I'm being too generous) for a clean location and a polite barber but no way I'd give a above average score because the hair on top of my head is at different lengths! If I want to stick it up, it looks awful. Laying down is fine... also if I didn't have a coupon, they charge WAY too much (especially for the quality). It would be nice just once to go a barber and they give me what I ask for, but it won't happen... After a couple days, I'm becoming less happy because it clearly isn't right. The fact the top of my head was barely touched keeps looking more like a mess. I'm changing this to a 1 star. A 2 star experience but then after being told to complain to customer service, being told the owner would reach out and that didn't happen. I complained about that, and they said the owner was informed and still no response! My hair didn't come out right and it's growing out wrong, just... avoid great clips. They all fail.

It was the worst haircut experience ever. The barber was ready to listen to what style I want. The staff was very rude. Will not visit this location again ever.

Friendly staff at least. But haircut wasn’t worth the $8 I paid for it with my coupon. Wasn’t blended. I would post my picture but I’d be too embarrassed to put it on here.

My first cut at this shop was so fast the guy next to me was in his chair before I walked in the door, and was still there when I was "done". Could have been better.
