Bad haircuts. My son had steps in his head from the lady from Mexico. You must watch them. Don’t go when they open up, at times the stylists don’t show up on time. Just unprofessional and bad haircut for kids if you are not watching them like a hawk. I go there because of convenience but I am stopping because of too many negative experiences. I should say that the person who cut my hair did a good job but not the lady that cut my son’s hair. I’ve had a bunch of negative experiences

I personally feel not even deserves a single star One of the worst hair cuts ever received. The peopple were so rude and were not skilled to be having a barber shop; now I have to wait 6 months to get my normal hair back. The person who cut my hair literally removed all my hair thickness and now I am left with hardly any hair. Great clips please do something which is necessary I did raise a complaint there was no action taken

On 11/15, I went to Great Clips at 7826 W 290 and emphasized I wanted ONLY dead ends trimmed. When I told stylist she was chopping more than 1", getting my hair WAY TOO SHORT she ripped off my cape & ordered me to leave the shop. Later, Gen.Mgr. contacted me, and hatefully told me to drive to the Wm Cannon GC for damage repair. Jessica at Wm Cannon was nice & did the best she could to fix the mess, but there was little she could do since I had been sheared at 290. Now I am PEELED for the holidays!!! In the future I will go to GREAT CLIPS AT BELTERRA, it's worth the drive. Brad and his team are so nice at Belterra.

I essentially gave up on this location, due to a Hispanic barber with a bad perm, who seem to make up his own rules. Went around 3:00 one afternoon, and he said he was closing because he hasn't had lunch yet, yet there was a couple other barbers in the location at that time. So I was rather annoyed and went to another location. However this location is still the closest so I thought I would give it another shot. Today when I went in at 6:10 pm there were 3-4 barbers in there, and the waiting area was empty. Then that same Hispanic barber that is condescending and rude told me they closed 10 min ago. I only drove there because I know they are open till 7pm. I looked on the door, and it says clearly "open till 7pm M-F". They're plenty of barbers in there and one immediately volunteered that they are short staffed, I feel it's a blatant lie. I just don't see how or why they would close early, unless they are lying to the management, and again are making there own rules!

Unreliable. Kept cutting after screwing up. Not coming back here again. Never even said sorry that they made a mistake. Instead kept making excuses that it looks fine, even though she said it looks bad in Spanish.

Hey I've had a very good experience there each time I've went. Every one is pleasant and professional. I've had 3 haircuts there with 2 of the ladies. Both asked questions about what exactly I wanted because I like my hair real short, some stylist are afraid to go to short. No issues. I'd recommend these guys to anyone.

I showed the guy the photo I wanted and he did the exact opposite of what I wanted I told him don’t cut anything off the top and he cut everything off the top he was really nice tho

Just got the worst hair cut I have ever received. The lady did not have any clue how to cut my hair the way I wanted. This person should go back to school to learn how to cut hair.

Rock solid staff. Showed up up without an appointment. Construction, currently, definitely messed with turn by turn direction, but they took great care of me.

I really wanted to like this location since it's right next to our apartments but it has been doomed ever since it opened. They can't seem to find or keep great staff. They've had folks cutting hair that absolutely didn't know what they were doing and were too junior. They'd get competent people in from other, further away locations to help out but they'd never stay. It's literally a coin flip if you walk in here. You'll either get butchered or get a mildly decent haircut. Their fees have gone up since they've open all while barely being able to stay open. Hours keep changing and they're the only Great Clips that's completely closed this whole week between Christmas and New Years while all of the others in the surrounding areas are still open. Probably best to cut their losses and have Great Clips just kill this location. It's been lackluster and a near failure since it opened.
