I recently had a disappointing experience at Great Clips. I checked in online with an estimated 14-minute wait time and planned accordingly since I was 10 minutes away. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find myself 5th in line, with the wait time jumping to 56 minutes. This was frustrating because I relied on the online check-in system to save time and plan my visit. Instead, I ended up wasting time and gas, only to leave without a haircut. If Great Clips wants to improve patient satisfaction, they should make the online check-in system more reliable and reflective of real-time wait times. This kind of inconsistency doesn’t help their business cause.

I had my hair cut two days ago at Old Quarry Village. My hairdresser was so rude and mean to me. She doesn’t have any politeness in dealing with customers, and the haircut looks horrible on me. I didn’t see it properly at the salon because I didn’t have my glasses on. She is a tall Black woman with colored eyes. You guys better know how to pick your hairstylists. Such a nightmare experience

Rude barber, rushed the haircut because she wanted to leave early. Been coming here for more than a year and never had any problems, except for this visit. Didn’t even let me look at the mirror as I was faced the other side😂. Idk what she was thinking, always mumbling that my hair is long and her shift ends soon. Edit: I went in at 3pm and the facility closes at 5pm

Absolutely the worst haircut I’ve ever gotten in my entire life; just a simple fade and it looks like my 5 year old cut my hair. I couldn’t be more upset. This place needs to close immediately!!!

I have been getting the same haircut at Great Clips for almost 6 years now and I have never had a problem. The notes on my profile have not changed, but this last haircut I received is so bad. I am going to have to wear a hat until it grows back out. My stylist even asked to confirm that I wanted a one blended into a two on the sides and instead, she just took a zero all the way up, my hair looks like Bert from Sesame Street.

I’m not one to complain. (Which I’m sure everyone that complains says this)I just got back from having my hair cut at the Far West location. Worst haircut I’ve ever received. And my hair is very easy to cut. I just wanted a 2 on the side and super short on top and blended in. My head has clumps of long hairs where it’s supposed to short. I had to take kitchen scissors and cut them off. My top is still really long to where I can’t even style it. And it’s not even blended in from the top to the bottom. It looks like a three year old cut my hair. Very, very dissatisfied.

Great Clips on Far West is great. All the stylists are really good, and they pay attention to the details you lay out. Definitely going back.

I recently visited the salon with a specific request for a side job while emphasizing the importance of keeping the top long. Unfortunately, there seemed to be a misunderstanding, leading to a haircut that was much shorter than intended. While I appreciate their effort, the outcome wasn't what I had hoped for.

This is a quick bug-out for BUG at Quarry. I chopped off my ponytail in a fit of assembling identity and let that simmer on my head for a month before walking in and sitting down with the lovely, the inimitable, the non-judgmental and totally AWESOME BUG. I left looking like I could have a job interview, not a mental breakdown. Thank you for sharing your creative skills, lilting laugh and reminding me that it’s ok to sing. I’ll see you in 6 weeks.

We live down south, and were in the area so decided to try this location, everyone was very inviting as we walked in smiles. The location was clean and pleanty of seating. The gentlement that did my son's hair took time to listen to what we wanted and made suggestions that would work better for him. Our son has Austim/ADHD and he did the cut and there were no issues... before I knew it he was spiffy and ready...we really like him.
