I arrived at the salon after checking in online, and it wasn’t very crowded. However, I noticed that the stylists were intentionally avoiding me, though I didn’t think much of it at first and assumed everything was normal. It wasn’t until they took a customer who arrived after me that I began to realize something was wrong. Initially, I let it slide, but later, I overheard two stylists arguing about the situation. That’s when I learned that I was ignored because they assumed I belonged to a community that, in their view, doesn’t tip well. This was shocking to me because I’ve always tipped at that location—sometimes generously, but never less than $5. I was truly taken aback when I found out the reason for their behavior. I will definitely avoid going and promoting such place.

It’s a shame this business doesn’t understand they don’t need my personal information to provide their primary service, a hair cut. Their staff suggested I lie and provide fake details. Where have respect and ethics gone? The arrogant attitude didn’t help either. Took my business elsewhere.

Lynn moved to a different location, I liked her service, she is at plaza volente and quinlan crossings now. Great work.

Lynn was the best part about this Great Clips location. She is FANTASTIC with my curly head teen boy. I will follow her wherever she goes and she is now cutting hair at the Plaza Volente location as well as the Quinlan Crossing location. It is a little bit of a further drive for us, but Lynn is worth it!

Never Again!!!!!!!! Oh my gosh I guess you get what you pay for!!!! I went in, and asked before even sitting in a chair if they could do an angle bob! I even showed her the picture. I said if you can't please tell me the truth! And I'll wait until tomorrow so my uncle could cut it. She was like "Oh yeah I can, I do those all the time!!!! Well when it was all done and over with... I ended up with nothing like the picture not even close! I can't believe she wasn't honest about it!!! I will never go to any Great Clips again! This deserve zero stars!!!! ***Unexperience Hair Dressers!!!***

Lynn used to cut my hair and she was fantastic. Seems like she no longer works at Lakeline but works at other GC locations: Quinlan Crossing and Plaza Valente

Worst haircut I ever had, inexperienced barbers. also they didn’t accept my valid coupons. When I asked before the haircut about my coupon, they refused to give any information and post haircut during billing they rejected my valid coupons. I am a loyal great clips customer and my usual Salt lake location is really good, but not at all happy with the haircut at this location. Inspite of having previous measurements from Salt lake salon, they cut my hair way too short and uneven! I have been to multiple great clips location but this has been my worst experience so far

I haven’t had my hair cut in 2 years. My hair was easy to tangle and knot and was dry at the ends and frizzy. I was looking to keep most of the length and add layers and texturing. Lynn took care of me with a smoothing cream from Bed Head and used a razor to give me the layers and texturing I wanted. My hair came out exactly how I wanted. Thanks Lynn!

My stylist seemed rushed and was impatient during my appointment, leading to an uneven trim on the front left side that looks odd. Despite the salon not being very busy, I felt hurried through the experience. I would not recommend this location.

Lynn did a great job for my first cut here . Thanks Edit 10/27/2024 Had my haircut again with Lynn and she did a great job again. Travelled from Dallas to Austin for the haircut and someother work. It's definitely worth it. Thank you Lynn for the amazing haircut

Always a great experience visiting this location. Barbara, Lynn , Lakshmi are all great hair stylists. Very accommodative for the feedback during the hair cut. Plus great conversation on top. Thanks for being consistent in top notch services
