I’M extremely disappointed with the service for my son first of all I walked in, and I asked for a 3 on top of m My sons head on the top part of his hair, and apparently this woman learned her skills from a group of rats found in the sewers when she started cutting my sons hair she hold on keeping in mind my son’s hair is pretty thick and instead of a three she gave me a -15 on all sides, -20 on the backside keep in mind she was a middle-age women already expected this. Let me tell you that woman woke up at ate. pasta salad went back to sleep and DoorDash and now my son looks like ratatouille. By the way, pasta salad are immaculate One time I caught my son watching a group of friends, called Smosh and they sweared I threw into the next galaxy and I sent him Hi my into the shadow room

I do not get my haircut but once or twice a year and do like to treat myself when I do. I have long hair and went in for a simple wash, trim, and round brush blow-dry style. Rochelle was super friendly, accommodating, and talented. She spent a lot of time on me and I left feeling amazing! Thank you!

Horrible experience! Rochelle gave me the worst haircut I have had in 10 years. Salon is not kept clean. There is hair on everything. My stylist did not clean or sanitize any of her tools prior to using them on me. I could see someone else's hair on her clippers and sizzors. I could tell Rochelle was doing a bad job on my haircut and tried to have her fix it but she only made it worse. I had to just say it looked fine so I could get out of there before she continued to wreck my hair.

I’ve been here 3 times, 3 stylists, and always have a fantastic cut. And did I tell you I got some amazing tv show recommendations as well, and some anime I never knew about! Overall some fantastic folks here with badass haircut skills!

Been here twice with my husband. He can go back but I won't. Both times I've checked in online and walked in with him. Both times I've been ignored and had people go before me when they arrived after me. One girl got done with someone and then just sat on her phone after I'm pretty sure she knew I had been waiting(she made eye contact with me when I was trying to check in again), but didn't say anything, and then when a guy walked in she immediately took him. After my husband was done he told the lady and I went ahead and canceled. I did get somewhat of an apology, but it wasn't much of one and was offered a "rush haircut." No, thank you. Last time this happened, I went ahead and got the haircut, and it wasn't an even cut, so I wasn't going to waste my money again on basically the same experience.

Lauren was able to take me immediately and the she did an awesome job! Loving the cut! She was very careful to ask me how I wanted my hair cut and followed my requests. Will definitely ask for Lauren when I go again!

You get what you pay for here. The stylists rush through most hair cuts. There is only one I trust, but otherwise, the rest lack any attention to detail and will butcher your hair.

My regular barber suddenly moved away so I needed to find another shop close to me right away. I had just heard about the Great Clips that opened on S. Congress so I checked it out and was very pleased with the service there. It was busy but Kia made me feel like I was her only customer which made the whole check in process a breeze for me. I’m not only happy with the service I’m very happy with the cut I received. A++ to Kia and her team! 👍🏼 👍🏼

The worst service on South Congress location I even seen. Walked in to get a haircut they took my name sit for 45 min then 5 other people came in behind me. Then they got done and the same lady that ckd me in. Called people that came in after me back to get a haircut. They the slowest I ever seen to at haircuts . Very unprofessional I had a 9.99 coupon I was gone use to. I walked out when they did this and went to Supercuts and was in there 15 min. I will never go back

Walked in to my neighborhood Great Clips (Austin South Congress) to find that my regular stylist no longer worked there. A bit discouraged until Salena stepped up and said she would take care of me. Boy did she. Fantastic hair cut. Will definitely continue going and recommend. Salena needs a raise for her excellent customer service paired with her stylist talent.
