Visited with my 10 year old son who wanted to change his style. Katrina listened to him, asked clarifying questions, would cut a bit then ask for feedback. She treated him so kindly and compassionately even though he was a kid trying to explain what he wanted. He ended up with exactly the look he wanted. Katrina then told him what she did so he would know how to ask for it again, suggested taking pictures, and updated her system. She took her time and gave him such a nice experience. I highly recommend Katrina if you're looking for someone who listens to what you'd like and gives it her all.

Easy to book via app. Only waited a couple minutes once arrived. Stylist was personable and recommended a hair product.

Have had several normal haircuts here. However just recently had a terrible experience where not only the haircut was atrocious but the hair stylist was clearly in a rush and just trying to get me to leave to the point of cutting several corners. When I was upset about the quality of the haircut after I was already at the register her only reply is that I should have spoken up more and she is not a mind reader. However the other hair dresser did kindly offer to fix the haircut however since she spent the last 10 minutes explaining how she was so sick that she could barely work I didn’t take her up on her offer. Come here at your own risk of getting a 1/5 haircut or 3/5

I just had the best time getting a great haircut from Terrha! I walked in only knowing I wanted a shorter cut. She talked through a few ideas and we decided together on a completely new look that I love! And she helped show me how best to style it with a flat iron, and in a way I can totally do at home! The value of her service cannot be beat! Thank you!!!

Terra was very helpful. She listened to me then asked me more detailed questions about what I wanted done. She took time to make sure I was happy with the cut. Terrha gave me tips to work with curls better. Recommended a product but didn’t do a hard sale on me.

The first time was great with Kim she did great haircut. Today I got the worst ever haircut from the other lady. She seems like she doesn’t care at all. I had to go and fix it somewhere else. Worst experience. If you want to go there just ask for Kim.

My favorite stylist, Lynn, is now cutting hair at this location, so we’ll be following her! She does an amazing job with my teenage son's curly hair—it's so hard to find a stylist who truly understands how to cut curly hair. We’re so grateful to have found her and will follow her wherever she goes! She also works at the Great Clips in Quinlan Crossing.

Long story short I am not satisfied and won’t be coming back. I have my haircut on file with directions but I was still given a terrible haircut. I will say that the people here are pleasant.

The lady was super nice and friendly. She tried to use the same dirty smock that she used on the guy before me. Only used a new one because I asked her to. Cut my hair shorter than I asked for. But at least it's pretty even and straight. Probably won't go back, but not a terrible experience

Went in to get my hair trimmed up, the lady was rude when I checked in which should have had me running out the door, I showed her a picture of a medium length hair cut, she completely butchered my hair, I voiced my concern several times about how much she was cutting off, it doesn’t even come to my shoulders, it’s like she purposely chopped it off because I came in one hour before they closed and she had a trip planned the next day….never again, she should be reprimanded for what she did to my hair

Worst service ever. Even though we were on schedule and we showed up on time the lady rudely told us we had to reschedule. We drove 40min and it’s literally a waste of time. Will not recommend this place to anyone who values their time.

Both stylists that were working were rude. One was especially impatient with my 4 year old who was doing really well. I’ve never had a stylist be short or impatient with him, and we’ve been to several salons. He always gets complimented on how well he does in the chair. She also cut his hair way shorter than we requested. Wish I had listened to my gut and left after the rude greeting and seeing how dirty the salon was. There was hair all over the floor from multiple customers. Giant clumps of hair in the waiting area. They didn’t sanitize or clean their scissors, combs, or clipper attachments between customers either. Definitely the worst hair cutting experience we’ve had. Other customers left while we were there and I highly recommend following their lead—go elsewhere.

Very rude hair stylist. Especially the woman who worked there today evening. As soon as the customer left she started bad mouthing about them to her colleague. She wasn't even listening to what I was saying. I spoke a little loud because the hair machine was on and she said something like "what's with the voice". Everything about the experience was rude, yet I tipped her. I hope her manager reads it. I'm not going back there again. I wanted to get out of there ASAP.

Your haircut experience will largely depend on the stylist. I had a good experience when i stuck to the same stylist. But this one time i had a new stylist work on my son and she did a horrible job. and worst part was, she quietly stopped cutting his hair and locked herself in the restroom qnd would not come out. She did not even apologize
