I had a chunk of hair cut from the side of my head. Had I seen this while I was there, I wouldn't have paid for this haircut. My neck line was also poorly cut and had to be fixed. I won't be returning to Great Clips.

My profile was supposed to be updated with the specifications of my current haircut, but was not. The woman who cut my hair did just fine, though, as I was very specific about what I wanted.

I have been going to this location for more than 5 years and a vast majority of the time I great a great haircut. The staff is very friendly and they recently renovated their interior which gives off a brighter vibe. I also recommend using their mobile app to check-in prior arriving. This way you can save yourself some time just in case there is a wait.

Love the online check in. Never a problem finding a shop close by and the wait times are actually nonexistent. Every cutter makes sure your profile cut is accurate and still what you want.

Not every Great Clips is curly hair friendly, but Irma has been cutting my hair (type 3a curls) for a long time and does a great job.

I always get my hair cut here. No matter which hairdresser cuts my hair I always leave satisfied. I highly recommend this salon.

I was the last customer on a Friday evening but never once felt like the woman cutting my hair or the other staff were trying to see how fast they could get me out the door! The stylist took her time, even when I asked her to cut it shorter than what I had initially asked for. She did a great job and made sure that I was pleased with it. When I checked out, she asked if I was military (to see if I qualified for a discount). I told her, “No, just old!” I definitely qualified for the senior discount!

I've been getting my hair cut by Norma at Great Clips for a while now, and I couldn't be happier. Norma consistently does an excellent job, paying attention to detail and ensuring I leave looking my best every time. Her expertise and professionalism are of the highest caliber. Additionally, I want to give a shout-out to Jodi, one of Norma's coworkers. Jodi is fantastic with all customers, especially children. Her friendly and patient demeanor makes every visit a pleasant experience. Both Norma and Jodi make Great Clips a wonderful place for a haircut. Highly recommend!

My hairstylist ,Pauline, was beyond amazing, caring, considerate, detail oriented, connected with always asking my preferences. Other stylist that I have had are mechanical wit no connection to the customer, like robots. . They are actually a good barbershop and can do fades really well. They are super great with kids also

I typically do not post negative reviews because I believe everyone sometimes experiences a bad day. However, I have worked in Customer Service many times and going above and beyond is one of those traits that separate an average establishment from great one. I arrived 7 minutes before closing time and was not accepted as a customer. There were 3 employees with no customers. Gentleman at front desk said he was done for the day and looked at the other two and asked if anyone of them wanted to "take me" to which both simply responded " we are closing" but maybe I expect too much. Salon hours need to be adjusted to inform customers are not accepted at a certain point.

This is my favorite location ! The staff is really friendly here and i love that I can check in online ahead of time . They are great with my seven year old sons haircuts ! Highly recommend!
