Went in to ask if it was too late to get a haircut. I read the store times outside ,it happened to be the Saturday schedule. When I walked in no one was in the salon they were in back of the store .When the lady in glasses came out I asked with a smile is to late ,and she asked with a dry expression ,too late for what? I said a hair cutt? She said do we look open waiving her arms ,not to mention she looks annoyed I was there .In any event it was ruse and I go there all the time ,now I won't ever go back there I can't believe people think we need them ! Just rude and entitled sick of it .no more great clips on walnut creek 👌

The older man just whacked my hair as if he were in a hurry. He didn't care because he didn't ask if the cut was okay, nor did he hand me a mirror to check the back of my head. This was the roughest hair cut I've had in a long time. He jabbed my head continuously with his comb and scissors.

Was in town for a soccer tournament and my Son got a hair cut and the lady was great to him. She did a good job; even my extremely picky son likes his hair cut. Just wish we lived close by because this would be our go to place

I have been going to great clips for a long time and been to many locations. This one is so outdated and old. The floor is dirty the chairs are ripped to pieces. I got my hair shampooed and the chair was sliding all over the floor almost hurt my neck. The big plastic separator between the seats almost fell on top of me. They need some major renovations here

Terrible place got there before closing and was refused service. The lady at the desk said her manager told her she could close early. They should change hours to close at 3:45. It usually takes 5 minutes to cut my hair. Last time, I will ever go to Great Clips. The open sign was still on. Awful customer service, find somewhere else to get your haircut.

My boyfriend just got his hair cut here, and was very unhappy with the quality of the cut. The man that cut his hair repeatedly jabbed him with the razor, comb, and his very long nails. The person cutting his hair didn’t ask what he wanted and just immediately started cutting his hair to be shorter than he actually wanted.

I had the worst haircut of my life here. The salon was completely void of customers and the employee cut my hair as if there were a line of 30 people; she finished a full scissor cut in less than 4 minutes. She tugged so hard on my hair that a few strands ripped out, and I was in mild discomfort for the entire haircut. Ended up having to have a friend trim the back of my head because she didn't even finish the haircut. Horrible experience. Find a different Great Clips or salon.

DONT COME HERE I always come here a woman cuts my hair, first time I see a man here cutting my hair and HE DID THE WORST JOB EVER SUPER RUDE TO THE POINT HE HURTS YOUR HEAD, AND THE CUSTOMER TREATMENT IS SUPER BAD FROM THAT MAN. Went to their website which was super easy, told me the estimate wait time which was awesome cause I hate wasting my time or waiting on lines. I arrived the hairdressers were very professional and did their job well no complaints!

Everyone was so very nice! One thing is when the lady cut my face frame she made them very uneven so one is half way up my face and the other is below my chain and it has been a struggle to style them and keep it out of my face cause they are so uneven!

I've been going to Great Clips my whole life (did the high-end salons, not worth it for trims) and I now go out of my way to come to this Great Clips (vs one that is closer to my home). The customer service here is above any other salon I've ever been to. Fern greeted me and treated me like I was her best friend, ensuring I was comfortable and loved my hair before leaving her chair. There was no wait, the service was quick, I love my hair and it literally turned my Monday around. Go see Fern!!!

I got a trainee who really didn't know what she was doing, though she was definitely trying. Thankfully, another stylist was peeking over her shoulder and trying to help her improve. Thankful for the experienced stylist, for sure.

Waited 25 minutes to be told they won't wash my hair cuz they were short staffed... Appearantly their business model is lose customers in order to have a low wait time.

I love this place. I went there on a Sunday and asked for a hair shampoo and they said they were short staff.They were not. They had 3 people and they always only have 2. In sad she just didn’t wanna do it

I'm a new mom with virtually no free time. I certainly lack the bandwidth to schedule a hair cut in advance. :D I recently found myself in the same shopping center as this Great Clips location with thirty minutes free, so I wandered in for a quick cut. Amira took me straight to her chair. She was so kind, fun to chat with, really listened to what I wanted/needed in a style, and made it happen. This is one of the best cuts I've had in a really long time and I really enjoyed chatting with her too! I can't believe I got a great haircut for under $20 and I didn't have to make an appointment!

No exaggeration, I received the worst haircut EVER here. Officially done with Great Clips ✌️
